Charlotte Tilbury Celestial Eyes (Prime) is a very warm-toned, light duochrome with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

Celestial Eyes (Prime) is a soft, yellowed peach base with pink-to-violet shifting sparkle. It had semi-opaque color payoff when applied with a dry brush and opaque color payoff when applied with a dampened brush or fingertips.
The texture was lightly emollient, more densely-packed into the pan, and worked better with a flat, firm brush and subtle, jabbing motions to dislodge product off the surface of the pan. The eyeshadow seemed to get softer and easier to use after two usages. This shade stayed on decently for eight hours with light fallout over time.
