Charlotte Tilbury Celestial Eyes (Pop) is a very warm-toned, light-medium copper with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

Celestial Eyes (Pop) is a bright, medium-dark gold with strong, warm orange undertones and a sparkling finish. It had medium pigmentation applied dry, which could be built up to semi-opaque coverage when pressed and patted into place. It had opaque pigmentation when applied with a dampened brush or fingertip.
The texture was lightly emollient, so it had better-than-average adhesion and minimal fallout when initially applied, though there light fallout when I blended out the edges and over the eight hours it lasted for.
