Charlotte Tilbury Bejewelled 12-Pan Eye Palette ($75.00 for 0.31 oz.) is a new, limited edition 12-pan eyeshadow palette for the holiday season. The palette has three matte eyeshadows, while the remaining shades are all varying levels of shimmer (more metallic than satin or pearl, though). The quality was good, though I don't think the formulas were as good as the brand has reached in more recent releases, including the last 12-pan palette. It's not a dud, but the mattes were slightly drier, less velvety, while the shimmers felt a touch thinner and were not as creamy overall (a few were still very nice).
