Tisse Riviera #4 is described as a "deep navy blue." It's a medium-dark black with subtle warm undertones. (I think the description got messed up for this one, because it's not blue at all.) It had good color payoff, and the texture was really soft, blendable, and not at all powdery. On me, it wore well for nine and a half hours before starting to fade. LORAC Navy #7 (LE) is lighter. MAC Cool Companions #3 (LE) is warmer. NARS Sycorax (P, $29.00) is cooler-toned. Sleek MakeUP Acid #12 (P, $9.99) is darker. Chanel Jardin Zen #4 (LE) is warmer. Anastasia Black Diamond (LE) is warmer. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
Pure, long-lasting pigments ensure an intense colour effect while the soft, smooth texture allows for effortless application.
