Tisse Ombre de Lune #3 is a light-medium, muted peach with warm undertones and a soft, frosted finish. It had decent pigmentation, but it was also powdery, so it was prone to sheering out and looked a little dry applied to the lid (I have normal-to-dry lids). Despite that, my lids seemed to just eat this eyeshadow up--it was creased and faded after six hours. City Color Bubble Bath (P, $6.99) is more shimmery (95% similar).
