Tisse Ombre de Lune #2 is a bright, light-medium silver with neutrla-to-cool undertones and a frosted, metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation with a texture sheered out noticeably on the skin to more like semi-sheer coverage (it ended up looking warmer on me, as so much of my skin tone came through), and it was hard to build up the color to true-to-pan intensity unless I used a dampened brush.
