Blurry Blue #1 is a muted, medium taupe with neutral undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque color coverage with a soft, silky texture that wasn't too softly nor too firmly pressed in the pan. The eyeshadow applied well to bare skin and blended out easily. It stayed on well for seven and a half hours on me before fading.
