Tan & Flash Cruise #2 is a bright, medium coral-orange with warm undertones and a soft, frosted finish. The pigmentation was intense and true-to-pan--a little went a good way. The powder had a very soft, silky feel to it, but it wasn't dusty or powdery. It was easy to diffuse and blend out on the skin, and the color wore well for eight and a half hours on me.
