Bite Beauty Squid Ink Amuse Bouche Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a deep, blackened navy blue with cool undertones and a satin finish. It had mostly opaque coverage, but it was the less-pigmented shade out of the newer releases. The texture was creamy, fairly lightweight, and glided on well with mostly even application. This shade lasted for six hours and left behind a pinky-purple stain, while the formula was lightly hydrating overall. I didn't experience feathering, but I did find this shade harder to apply with precision from the tube. NYX Go Rogue (P, $7.50) is more shimmery, darker, less glossy (85% similar).
