Sake is a medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a satin sheen. The pigmentation was opaque in a single layer, which adhered evenly and smoothly across my lips without getting into my lip lines. The lipstick had a lightweight, lightly creamy texture that was dense in the tube but didn't tug on my lips during application. There was light tackiness, which helped it stay in place and wear for five hours. The formula felt moisturizing to me over time.
