Foil Eyes #21 is a medium-dark, reddish-plum base with iridescent bluish-teal shimmer and metallic finish. It was intensely pigmented, but the consistency was looser in the pan so it was easy to over-apply and kick up excess in the pan. I found this was easier to use by building it up in two to three layers to avoid getting too much on the brush. It lasted for eight hours on me.
