Foil Eyes 2 #22 is a light blue with cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that was buildable to full coverage with two layers of product. The consistency was smooth, blendable, and creamy enough that it adhered well to bare skin but still spread out well. This shade lasted for eight hours on me.
