Foil Eyes 2 #21 is a medium black with neutral undertones and a pearly sheen. The consistency was creamy but thicker/denser in the pan, almost firm as a result, and it took more effort to really diffuse the edges to avoid it looking ragged. It had opaque coverage, though, and it lasted for eight hours on me.
