Dream It is a bright, cobalt blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was semi-opaque and buildable with a soft, lightly powdery consistency. The eyeshadow applied decently but sheered out a bit, though I didn't see any fallout when I worked with it. On me, it lasted well for eight hours before fading visibly.
