Anastasia E3 (Norvina Vol. 4) is a moderately warm-toned, medium-dark brown with a glitter finish. It is a limited edition glitter.

NOTICE: All products categorized under "Glitter" contain Polyethylene Terephthalate, also known as plastic or PET glitter, and it is typically cosmetic grade glitter. Inclusion of this ingredient sometimes carries a warning (in the US) that the product is "not intended for use in the immediate eye area." This ingredient has not been approved for usage on the eyes per the FDA. In recent years, some brands are including this product in their eyeshadows without any warning or callout and effectively marketing them as eyeshadows or including a symbol of an "eye" which suggests eye usage. Via CosIng for EU, PET glitter is permitted without any restrictions or limitations. For an in-depth look at whether cosmetic grade glitter is safe, please view this post.
Editor's Review

E3 (Norvina Vol. 4) had pink and copper small and medium particle-sized glitter suspended in a translucent base. It looked like a coppery-brown with hints of pink and gold glitter depending on how the light reflected off it. The coverage was more semi-sheer to medium in a single layer, and while there was some slip to the formula (which helped it spread decently), it still moved around on its own. I'd highly recommend applying it with a tackier base or primer to minimize fallout and migration over time. I had a fair amount of migration, fallout, and traveling particles when worn as a cheek product.

It contained plastic (PET) glitter, and while the palette contains several Pressed Pigments that are "not intended for use around the immediate eye area," this shade and E2, another Pressed Glitter, do not have this warning. Some brands do include that warning when using plastic glitter--in the last few years, it has become more inconsistent if/when the warning is provided.
