Anastasia Norvina Mini Vol. 2 Norvina Mini Pro Pigment Palette ($29.00 for 0.32 oz.) is a new, limited edition nine-pan palette that features two shimmer shades and seven matte shades. The mattes were on the drier side with light to moderate powderiness, though most of them were workable but I'd highly recommend pairing with a lightly hydrating/smoothing primer. The shimmers were both drier and under-performing against most shimmer eyeshadows these days (including ones from the brand).
