Anastasia Icy Loose Pigment ($22.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a pale white with neutral-to-warm undertones and a bright, metallic finish. It had a slightly larger particle shimmer to it, so it appeared more metallic, shinier, and seemed to have a touch of sparkle, too. This one seemed a little more pigmented, too, in a single "pass" of product, so I'd recommend using a lighter hand if you're after sheerer application.
The texture was finely-milled, blendable, and sat well on my skin; despite the high-shine finish, it didn't emphasize my skin's natural texture. It had semi-opaque (but buildable) pigmentation applied dry and opaque coverage applied with a dampened brush. This shade lasted nicely for eight hours on my eyes and eight and a half hours as a cheek highlighter.
