Pretty Vulgar Glow Up Shimmering Swan Highlighter Review & Swatches
Glow Up
Pretty Vulgar Glow Up Shimmering Swan Highlighter ($32.00 for 0.20 oz.) is a light, golden peach with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, moderately dense, almost cream-like consistency that was easy to apply and blend out on my skin. The product did not emphasize my skin’s natural texture, but it was a stronger highlighter so it wouldn’t be for someone looking for something subtle. This shade wore well for nine hours on me before fading slightly.

It’s probably just your beautiful skin, but that highlighter is stunning on you?
My very first thought upon seeing the swatches was that this looks like a warmer version of Too Faced (Silk?) Satin Sheets. And most thankfully, without any sodium saccharin! Although, I do not believe that ingredient would affect my cheeks.
I’m so glad you brought that up because Satin Sheets is the only shade I like from the new Too Faced palette but I don’t want to buy it just for the one shade. With side by side comparison, I like Glow Up a lot more so thank you 🙂
This highlighter looks gorgeous on you and it swatches so beautifully! I love the shade but I don’t know if it’s too dark for me. I have Opal Flashes Jade but when I swatch it on my hand I definitely see more of the green shift so I’m hoping that Glow Up will be different enough because I’m planning to pick this up in the VIB sale.
Wow! Gorgeous highlighter!
