Phytosurgence Swatches
Phytosurgence is a newer, Canadian-based brand that caught my attention after several long-time blogger friends started sharing photos/swatches. I bought several of their products–pretty much what was in stock when I made my order–and have swatches of four of their cream-to-powder highlighters (there are eight shades in total), eight cream blushes, and six cream eyeshadows.
These look interesting to me…. Did you particularly love them, or just, Meh?!.. Personally, I adore cream products as long as the consistency allows easy application and blending. The highlighters are pretty – I’d like something more neutral and more pink/rose luminescent verses all leaning toward warm end of color spectrum. The blushes have a wide color mix, but eye colors look a tad muddy….
Are these purchased from their company website, or anywhere online or brick-and-mortar in United States?
Reviews to come! They are just through their online site.
these look really interesting…
Those blushes are absolutely gorgeous!
I love to learn about new Canadian brands! Thanks, Christine — I’ll check them out.
What a wonderful discovery Christine – a new brand that has gorgeous products. The swatches here all look highly pigmented and brimming with colour. The reviews will be interesting to read.
Goodness, they look pretty
All of these are beautiful! Just looked at their site and was bummed to see them containing microplastics 😞 so no buy from me
The eye shadows look so much like Mac paint pots!
Thanks for bringing these to attention, Christine.
They are right here in YVR and I didn’t know about them.
Hopefully getting some additional coverage from folks like yourself will help boost sales!
The Fresh Fog and Mirrored Moonlight (on their website) Spectral Shine Balms look like something I would enjoy as is Simmer Blush Balm.
Canadian, eh? (sorry, I just had to…). Happy dancing for a new Canadian brand. I hope these review well. Those “muddy” shades someone else referred to – those are just my thing….muddy, murky, sludgy – my kinds of colours!
I really wish more brands would come out with GOOD cream eyeshadows, ones that make great 1 and done looks, as well as ones you can actually use in the crease (and then when you have it placed right, just lightly tap with a finger where you need to soften out the edges etc for the perfect blend)… I know, im dreaming, lol… eyeshadows just been so hard to do on myself since i suffered some braindamage a while back, and im always trying and looking for the next new thing (whether formula, brush, some gimmicky applicator etc…)
