The Baked Blush formula is supposed to be “buildable from sheer to vibrant” paired with a “silky” texture. Red Vino had larger, more noticeable sparkle than a lot of the blushes I’ve tried in the range. The texture was thinner, a little drier, and was harder to work with, though it blended out more easily than I expected after swatching. It had buildable coverage from semi-sheer to mostly opaque. There were some noticeable sparkles on the skin, but it was more of a satin sheen overall, once blended in. This shade wore for seven and a half hours on me before fading.

Nice evening blush! It looks so pretty in the pan!
It does!
I love this shade but I need a light hand because is too pigmented in my light skin.
I could definitely see that, Astrild!
This is pretty. But, In my current blush overload status and the shorter wear time , I’m going to take a pass. Plus, I own Goulue, Love Thing,Cola pop, and Pink Glow. I must sing the praises of Goulue! the name is so weird- no idea what it means! But, it is just so pretty and smooth! Super pretty eye look Christine!
You are covered, Nicole 😀
Droolworthy shade!
🙂
Oooh, I like the sparkles! If I don’t get NARS Goulue as a VIB gift, I might go for this budget friendly pick instead
Yay!
This is a pretty color, even if a bit warm and sparkly for me!
It is pretty!
Looks good on you! I just wish it had less obvious glitter particles.
Thank you!
This blush made my pores super visible.
Oh no!
Good color. I’m duped up. 🙂
Yay!
Such a beautifully flattering shade, but the larger sparkles kinda kill it for me. MAC Love Thing or Gleeful are more to my liking. It’s not that I hate all glitter, but definitely not a fan of it on my cheeks!
Totally understand, Nancy! Those sparkly blushes aren’t for everyone.
I love this blush BUT! Yes BUT! It doesn’t work on my oily skin. It applies beautifully and it lasts almost all day, but I have very oily skin and some how by the end of the day I always end up looking like a clown. The oil in my skin just spreads the blush everywhere. It’s so weird. 🙁
Oh no! 🙁
A little much for my skin I think but I bet it’s amazing on darker skins.
It would be!
A beautiful blush for those whose complexions are darker than mine. Just lovely.
I agree! Would be great on darker skin tones.
So pretty! ? I don’t think my oily skin would play well with this though ?
I totally understand, Vanessa! Another reader with oily skin mentioned having trouble with this one.
Beautiful color! It’s kind of silly, but I especially like how it looks in the pan. It’s almost planetary. 😛
Baked products always look so cool in their pans!
I LOVE your eye look! Is Colourpop Ibiza the turquoise shade on the lower lashline? If so, I NEED it! I almost got it in my last order. I have the other Colourpop shadows you used =)
Thank you, Annie! The liners are: Stila Mint Julep Smudge Stick and Sephora My Boyfriend’s Jeans Eyeliner
This is one of my favorite Milani blushes! It’s such a beautiful color and great for adding a nice pop of color to the cheeks. I need to pull it out and wear it soon!
Happy to hear it works so well on your skin tone, Fancie!
I have this! I just wore it the other day. It’s a pretty, buildable shade. The shimmer is noticeable but looks more like a luminous glow once the blush is blended into the cheeks.
Very nice to hear, Toni 😀
I adore this shade! It applies so perfectly for me, and I just love that ’50s pin up girl flush! =)
Had the biggest wave of nostalgia omg. This was one of the first blushes I bought back in high school years ago and I wore it every single day lol. I have one still in the back of my blush drawer, might have to pull it out now !
Awww!
