Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Some pretty ugly colours (the nail polishes). I’ve been curious about the original Marc Jacobs eyeshadow palettes but the mixed reviews I’ve seen combined with the pretty high price have made me reluctant to shell out on them. I might treat myself when Sephora has their 20% off sale before Xmas but at $71 in Canada, I’m not sure, since there are always so many other wonderful products from other companies – more consistently good and at lower price.

I’m intrigued. I guess it depends on the level of shimmer. I’ve been venturing into shimmer finish a little more than I used to, but heavy shimmer still makes me grimace on my smaller eyes.

I know the lighter skinned ladies are curious about the red but I have to say, that’s gonna look gorgeous on the darker skinned ladies so the palette is pretty diverse which I’m always clamoring for.

Can’t wait until the review!

I am such a fan of the eyeliners – we’ve had at least several of those colors at a local Sephora for a few weeks. I swatched Luna(tic) with a friend, and it’s amazing. It wouldn’t budge after only a couple minutes, and it was a beautiful, and easily opaque pale lavender shimmer. I actually ended up ordering it for her for her birthday, and she loves it (but has to soak a cotton pad in biphasic eye makeup remover and hold it to her eye to have a hope of getting it off without serious scrubbing).

I’d love to read a review on the palette. It looks amazing!! I only wish they’d put a lavender in instead of the white.
