Dior My Lady (002) Glowing Colour Blush Palette (Cannage Edition) ($60.00 for 0.35 oz.) is a light-medium, subtly cool-toned pink with a silvery-white shimmer. Dior Rose (001) (LE, $56.00) is cooler-toned. Urban Decay Blush (P) is cooler-toned, matte. Revlon Haute Pink (002) (P, $9.99) is slightly warmer. Tarte Flush (P, $26.00) is less shimmery. Tarte Dollface (P, $26.00) is brighter. theBalm Down Boy (P, $21.00) is cooler-toned, matte. NYX English Rose (P, $15.00) is slightly darker. MAC Stay Pretty (P, $23.50) is less shimmery. MAC Lovecloud (P, $21.00) is warmer. MAC Dame (P, $21.00) is darker. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

It’s just barely cool-toned, as the dominant shade in the palette is more of a peachy-pink, followed by a cool-toned pink, and finally a softly warmed-up rose. Applied, it looked almost warm-toned on me (as I am warmer in tone), so you may find it behaves more like a chameleon depending on your skin tone and where you concentrate your brush during application. The texture is incredibly soft and finely-milled, but it leans on the powdery side so those with drier skin may find it less flattering. It had good color payoff, and the shimmer finish didn’t emphasize pores when applied to the cheeks. Worn, the color lasted for almost eight hours before starting to fade.

This blush is listed as a Saks’ exclusive, and it sold out within a day or two of being available online, so you’d have to find it at a Saks’ store locally or have it shipped to you. When I looked up the nearest local store to me, the locator showed San Francisco’s location (call 866-873-0972). Saks also says, “This item may be available in the Dior boutique within a Saks store … Please call 1.877.551.7257 for assistance.”

Like the look of the sheen it gives but I’ve more than enough similar blushes to this so it’s easy to pass, especially at that price – I could get 2 or 3 pretty terrific A rated blushes for the price of this one.

I was definitely surprised at the powderiness of the texture – very pretty, lovely color, but the formula could be better so no need to hunt it down, IMO!

Woah, that pulled so warm almost pinky coral on you.. wasn’t what I was expecting. The compact is really pretty, but this would have to be a try before buy because it is a bit of a mystery blush.

I’m loving the design; it almost doesn’t look real (it’s as if it’s been heavily photoshopped to my eye!)… Aaaah. But I don’t think the product itself is particularly special, saying that, I still have Guerlain Cruel Gardenia, Poudre Signee de Chanel and the Giogio Armani Madre Perla Face & Eye palette tucked away in a drawer, simply because the design/packaging is too precious to use… Maybe the product itself isn’t too important after all!

One thing I loved about Cruel Gardenia, which is true with this one, is that it takes several uses before the design goes away!

So pretty! I just love the design! Thank goodness it won’t work for me or I’d be trying to track it down lol

When I did a little digging, the pattern itself (with the different colors) seems to go through, though I didn’t quite get to the bottom (it started breaking apart entirely).

wow… so immediate reply christine… Thank you so much πŸ™‚

Yes, nowadays problem :
1. Too much products need to use up. Sometimes never get to use till the bottom, so never know after the pattern what will show up.
2. Overspray/pattern is so so so pretty, couldn’t bear to use it. (my terra ora is still waiting for me to dip in hahaha….)

Dang it Christine! I checked your page today and was bombarded with all these pretty Dior – I should have waited πŸ™ This blush though, holy molly! That design is absolutely beautiful but the combination of colours are absolutely stunning! I’d buy this just to look at it… πŸ˜€

the girls at Saks love you because this blush has sold so many units since you posted earlier and is almost gone haha amazing.. I had to get it because it’s too pretty not too!!
