Makeup Geek Hanky Panky Blush ($9.99 for 0.15 oz. for pan; $12.99 for 0.15 oz. in compact) is a medium-dark, cool-toned pink with a satin finish. MAC Young at Heart (LE, $20.00) is more shimmery. Clinique Plum Pop (04) (P, $21.00) is more shimmery, slightly brighter. Milani Delizioso Pink (10) (P, $7.99) is lighter, cooler-toned. Guerlain Cherry (02) (LE, $42.00) is a cream product. Urban Decay Quickie (LE) is brighter, cooler-toned. theBalm Down Boy (P, $21.00) is lighter, more matte. NARS Desire (P, $29.00) is brighter, cooler-toned. NARS Angelika (P, $29.00) is more shimmery. MAC Peony Petal (P, $21.00) is lighter, cooler-toned. MAC I’m the One (LE, $21.00) is cooler-toned. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

Makeup Geek’s upcoming blush range is available in pans for $9.99 or inside a compact for $12.99. The compact is lightweight, metallic plastic with a clear lid. The texture was soft without being powdery, and it was very blendable–it really buffed nicely into the skin and looked even and smooth. It had good color payoff that was also buildable, so if you want really rich, fully opaque color, you can get it by adding an additional layer. This shade wore well for just over eight hours before starting to show signs of fading on me.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! So glad this got a good rating. I’m going to get me a few of these soon. Honeymoon, Spellbound, Bliss and Infatuation are on my list, thinking maybe head over heels too. Been waiting on these forever!

Love this blush… its the closest blush I have to Prom Princess by MAC – which I try not to use all the time because I don’t want it to run out – this is a fantastic blush!
