Hmm, that eye palette looks pretty similar to UD’s Spectrum I’ve been eye-ing. Seems like a good time to try MUFE shadows
Given how meh I have felt about all the other brand’s palettes & sets, I feel as though this is my sign that I need to finally try out a MUFE palette.
I’m hoping it’s not too warm leaning in person though!
Thanks for posting this! I have been waiting for this palette! I have about 5 or 6 of the shadows already in this palette- I think is what I figured out. But, with the price it’s a great deal to get some shades. I have been wanting to add to my collection. MUFE artist shadows are certainly favorites of mine. I’m anxious to find out if these come out of the palette and hoping they are the same as the regular shadows.
MUFE eyeshadows are amazing and this palette looks to have an interesting mix of colors. I don’t own any of their brushes so the set might be worth checking out. I am not a fan of their glosses though as I find them sticky and I dislike sticky lipglosses.
I don’t have any MUFE eyeshadows, so I’m debating asking for this pallette for Christmas. Do you think it’s worth the money?
I think it is definitely worth the money. The MUFE eyeshadows are nicely pigmented and blend well. This palette has a nice mix of colors. I personally would say go for it! 🙂
Yes it’s totally worth the money. I have some of the trios I’ve made for myself and they are pigmented, go on easily and for myself, who have oily, hooded eyes… they don’t crease on me. I was thinking of picking up the Kat von D palette but will get this one instead.
I ordered the eye shadow palette this morning before I left for work!
That MUFE shadow palette is such a great deal, but I already got UD spectrum and a bunch of other UD shadows from flash sales. I think that Electric Purple is a pigment, not a shadow too Not sure I can justify it. I also like the gloss set, but up to my eyeballs in glosses right now, so will skip
Go ahead. It’s only money and you’ll be sorry if you miss it. Can you gift some other palettes?
Since I’m a crazy mofo I opened up Sephora on my phone this morning at 7:30 while I was still in bed because I was told the palette MAY be up today.. And by golly, it was! I rushed so fast to buy it that I forgot to use Ebates, ugh! Oh well. I can’t wait to get this palette! I’m also super lucky because the 12 MUFE shadows I already own don’t double over into this palette, YAHOO!
Screaming about the 15 pan palette, wish I knew it was coming 2 weeks ago! lol
Still getting it because I want more Artist Shadows in permanent shades, But I’m sad because I picked up D236 at IMATS Toronto. >_> The only duplicates from the 2 Artist Palettes is in Volume 1 – Nudes I528 Pearl, & S102 Onyx, so not a bad overlap either. Not in stock on the Canadian site yet. O_O
Thanks for the info! ? I have both sets… now I’ll have to check of there are any duplicates from the holiday box of shadows they had last yr and the artist palette from last year.
I think I have 4 of the 15 colors in this palette… but I still want it. I have to not get something on my list lol. So do I kick off kvd, ud spectrum or ud vice 4? Ugh. I can’t really justify getting all 4 – I do only have 2 eyes lol. Hmmm. I need a rich husband.
Haha, Jaz, I ended up getting all four and I’m feeling a little guilty. I don’t remember having this many fantastic holiday palettes to choose from in previous years. I am set for the next 2 years.
I’m so excited for this release, especially the eyeshadow palette. I just hubby I want it for Christmas.
*told hubby
Guess I was too excited to type properly!
Oh em gee I hope my BF buys this for me for Christmas….. it’s the first holiday palette I’ve been excited about so far!
Well, if UD doesn’t bring back that Spectrum Palette, I already see its PERFECT replacement right here!!!
But first I’ll wait on swatches and your review to make sure!
I love every row of the palette but the blues. I wish I could wear them well but with my blue eyes it’s so hard to find a flattering way that doesn’t drown out my own eye color.
I will really look forward to the reviews though, because even with only occasional use of that row it could still be an outstanding palette!
Maybe you could do some brown neutral shadows to bring out your blue eyes, then just add a pop of blue/teal in the middle? Just a thought. I have brown eyes and feel brown shadows don’t bring them out, but if I add a pop of color in the middle, it helps.
The nice thing about this palette is that there is only one duplicate between it and the Artist-Shadows 1 and none between the Artist-Shadows 2. I may have to pick this up as I like MUFE shadows and some of these colors were already in my cart at Sephora.
That’s been the first holiday eyeshadow palette that’s really screamed “buy me”. It’s neutral and colorful and it doesn’t look geared just to warm toned people. I’m keen to see if the formula is as nice as the regular shades.
I resisted the other holiday palettes and ordered this one today. I’m thinking I would like to put together a trio to go with this with some midtone mattes & I will definitely be looking for suggestions. The choices in this line overwhelm me.
The eye palette does look very similar to UD’s Spectrum – and there are NO greens in it at all. Oh dear. Some of it looks very sparkly and glittery. We shall see…..
I hope the eyeshadow palette will be available here. So far I’ve not seen any ot the MUFE palettes for sale here. The palette looks really good, I think.
I laughed when I saw the lipgloss minis, the are really small, aren’t they.
I only have 2 of the shadows already so I will definitely be picking the eye shadow palette up. It’s a great value for the number of shadows you get
I have about five of those shadows between last year’s artist palette and studio case. I love make up for ever’s shadow formula, but I wish they wouldn’t repeat so many shades in their palettes. I haven’t purchased either of the newer artist palettes because it seems like there was a fair amount of repetition in those as well…
I literally gasped when I saw that pic. Too bad I have the neutral palette already!
The neutral palette is so pretty and workable! Love it!
The only holiday eyeshadow pallet that’s interested me so far.
Like a true makeup junkie that I am i rushed home and compared the previous holiday palettes and limited edition palette from MUFE… I have 7 of the colors already. I own the Artist Shadows 1 &2, The small Artist palette from last year, and the studio case… ughh lol I think I’ll be skipping this one as well since I have basically 1/2 the colors. ??
MUFE is another of my favs but haven’t purchased it lately. I think I forgot about it.
Any of these shades repeat what was already released from this year’s artist palette???? I know the green does
