MAC Strip Down Lipsticks & Lipglasses Swatches (x18)

MAC Strip Down Collection is all about offering a “nude” for all skin tones. To do this, MAC extended their lipstick range by 17 shades (a few are repromotes), which I have 13 (swatched below), along with seven new Lipglasses (five are swatched below).

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I tried smoked almond in the store. Forse my complexion Is a nude. It’s nice but basically on me the same exact colour of mocha, only a Little bit glossier (since mocha Is matte and smoked almond amplified). If I Will ever search for a nude that suite for my complexion (but I al not the nude-type) I Will reach for mocha or smoked almond for dire (probably for mocha since I love the Matt finish)

Smoked almond and good form look pretty. A lot of nudes recommended for fair skin make me look dead because I have pigmented lips, so I’m interested in the ratings.

When I stopped in at our local MAC store this week, I tried on several of the new shades just to see which ones I’d like on myself. Some that made the cut for my skintone/coloring we’re as follows: ‘S’Sexy, Oh, Yes Baby and Smoked Almond lipsticks. Also, Pretty Peppa and (the already permanent) Beaux Lipglasses. My pal Chelsea who is an SA there also had me try on Act Natural (looked like I bit into a powdered donut) and Feeling Myself (looked like baby poo on me). Oh, Yes Baby actually surprised me in a good way despite looking scary pale in the tube!
