Thank you for these! Is there only one PRO brush?
Are you able to list the Mac tax free/airport counter locations? I have asked Mac about them but they did not answer 🙁

Anna Avatar

I am really thankful for that list. Now I know what I will buy the next time I’m at the Pro Store. 🙂

I just have one question. Can you buy the eyeshadows as refills as well or just as pots?

kasiaj85 Avatar

I have no idea how you did it but Christine, you’re honestly reading my mind! I’ve been searching for quite a while now for some info on what the PRO line contains!
That is amazingly helpful! Thanks!!

Assie Avatar

Thanks for the list! It’s very helpful since the online pro store doesn’t list product anymore if you’re not a pro member:( There is also a pro store in Amsterdam (The Netherlands):)

Mien Avatar

It’s on ‘Heiligeweg 5’ Phonenumber: +31 (0) 20 330 07 48

And there’s also one in Antwerpen, Belgium: ‘Schrijnwerkersstraat 21’ Phonenumber: +32 (0) 3 226 50 56

Dusty Avatar

Fantastic post! One I will be referencing and linking to in videos – You can count on that! I’ve been waiting for three weeks for them to fax me a list of Pro stores around the country! Fax hasn’t arrived – You beat them to it 😉

Dusty Avatar

I’ve called and bitched about that SO MANY times that I’m sure I’m on a list somewhere at MAC… “Don’t help this person.” LOL! Even the people at Customer Service hate the new search because it’s what they used to tell people where the stores were located.

ipek Avatar

There is a MAC Pro Store in Istanbul, Turkey.
Here is the address:
İstiklal Cad. Balo Sok. No:74. Taksim, Beyoğlu, İstanbul
and the phone number:

alyssa Avatar

OMG finally! thank you so much christine! that website is so hard to navigate, and it’s so hard to get info on the full range of products if you don’t have a pro card or don’t have a store/counter near you. once again, you’ve managed to rock mah socks!

Aude Mai Avatar

Christine, thank you so much for this list. You will never be able to tell how helpful this is to me. Once again, thank you for this list. ^^
Take care.

Arianne Avatar

Thanks for compiling this list, Christine! I have been looking for this list for ages!

I bought a product from the PRO store called Studio Finish Face Powder in Gold, which is a really pretty shimmery banana gold. I’m not sure if it comes in other colours.

Edelmc Avatar

On behalf of all of us who ring in our orders to pro stores thank you so much. This list is invaluable. There’s a pro store in Barcelona. I don’t know the address but it’s the only stand alone store listed on the website and when I was there they stocked all the pro products listed above. Also my near by stores which are not pro stock the 205 brush. Do you know if the loose beauty powders have been discontinued in the pro stores?

Britney Avatar

I’ve been waiting for something like this for a long time!! I knew you’d be the first to come through haha!! 🙂
I have a question though, do Mac PRO stores also sell non-PRO items? Thanks.

Kelly Avatar

There is also a Mac Pro At South Beach in Miami, Florida. 650 Collins Ave Miami Beach, FL 33139 🙂

i think i would die if the closest one was in orlando!

Abril Avatar

This is an awesome list, thanks!

There’s also a MAC Pro in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It’s in Galerías Pacífico, which is on the corner of Florida and avenida Córdoba.

Karyn Avatar

Thanks for the list Christine! I have been calling 4 different PRO stores over the past month to put together my own list. I missed a few that you have. I have a few items listed that did you not list that some of the stores told me about, but I think they might be discontinued soon. The unfortunate person I talked to at each of the stores had to write down everything they had at each of the stores and then call me back with a list of about 100 products. At least I was a good customer to repay their hard work 🙂

beth maiorana Avatar

My dearest hardworking Christine, a million thank-you’s for this !! I cannot begin to describe my absolute delight that you have made this available for us. I have so many questions that you have answered. You’re amazingly diligent and wonderful … subscriber in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania !! xoxo ;-))

Lizzi Avatar

Fwhaha! I had no idea that the MAC store I use is actually a MAC Pro!! I was actually in there yesterday. Guess I have more incentive to drive the 20 mins it takes me to get into downtown Dallas. Sweet! My wallet, and boyfriend, are going to hate how much I come home with tomorrow…

Steph Avatar

Great post! Do you happen to know whether international Pro stores will take phone orders too (from within the country they’re located in), or is it only the US and Canada which do phone orders?

Maya C Avatar

Ohhh this is awesome. I was just wondering if you’ve ever tried the chromalines? I keep thinking about getting one, but then I’m like, “ehh… I have a lot of gel/cream liners…” If you’ve tried them, are the particularly good?

cherryglass Avatar

I just want to send a bit of love to Vancouver (Robson St) PRO store seeing how it is only one of three in Canada. The staff are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Lovely people, atmosphere and experience. Oh yeah, and the products are nice. (I’m not affiliated in any way, just a humble customer.)

Emily Avatar

I feel the same way! I’ve learnt so much from their expertise and most of them give me tips and tricks using PRO products. I would hate to be mistreated at that particular MAC store (those horrible customer service stories roaming around online) because I go out of my way to buy MAC at that one store (1 hour away by car). I avoid the MAC store by my house (7 mins away by car) because getting good customer service by them is 50/50, some days less. I’m moving soon and believe it when I say that leaving this particular MAC store behind upsets me a fair bit. </3 lol

Gen Avatar

The Mac Pro store in miami beach fl is no longer at the location listed above it is at 1107 lincoln rd miami beach fl 33139 (305)538-1088. Pro eyeshadows and blushes only come in pro palette refills. They are no longer available in the plastic pots.

Shelby Avatar

Oh my god, I was in Montreal yesterday, was going to go into the PRO store. I decided not too, because I couldn’t find a product list or anything. A day late, but next time I go on vacation there I’ll know.

Sarah N. Avatar

Thanks so much for this!!! Everyone says “oh you can call MAC Pro stores and still order products if you don’t have a pro card” but the problem is always “what all do they have?” since they’ve made the pro website more exclusive!!! I’m sure I’ll refer to this many times in the future!!! Thanks again!

pamela S. Avatar

thank you for this b/c their website really does make it seem like you HAVE to have attended a school in order to get the card and it makes it seem like you have to have the card to shop b/c the online services are unavailable unless you have a login (which requires a card number or something) so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! anyway to see these colors without going to a store?

Vale Avatar

Please, do you know why at the PRO site you can’t see their product pictures and if you go to the MAC site (if you click on “buy” in the PRO site, you will be redirected there) there isn’t any trace of PRO products? What I’m missing? 🙁
Vale

Mimi Avatar

I think there are more pigments, eg Golden Olive. I apologize if it is being discontinued and that is why you didn’t include it! Thanks SO much for doing this! I always end up prodding my local MAC manager (and friend) before I am headed to MAC PRO, this will lessen her burden!

Was Beelicious chromaline pencil limited edition?

Crystal Avatar

This is such a helpful list!
But why do they make it that you have to call a store to order? I wish they would just allow everyone to buy the items from the website. If anyone can call the store to order what’s the point in not selling them on the site?

Mais Avatar

Um….*screams* where is aqua, lime, ROSE??, CORAL???, sky blue eyeshadows??? do you know if they have been d/c? they were there a month ago at my pro store in Toronto??

Ericka Avatar

I love this list. Do you have any swatches for the Pro only items? Do you know if the lipmix compact refills have been discontinued?

Christine, I saw some new clear makeup bags at the MAC store recently. However, I couldn’t find it on the MAC website. It seems to be PRO products. Is there any chance you can update the Pro Product list?

Moriah Avatar

Hi Christine, This article was incredibly helpful for me & I was wondering if it would be alright with you if I made a youtube video on my beauty channel using this information? I would tell my viewers I got my information from your blog of course. Please write back! xoxo

Tamira Laboy Avatar

Question I live in PA so closest pro store would be ny do you know if they place orders over the phone and if so to PA oh and I’m not a pro member either so will I run into issues ?

alexandra Avatar

do you know if its discontinued everywhere? because i just watched a recent haul on youtube from someone that had just bought it at a pro store in the middle of august so do you know if it was just recently discontinued?

Prachi Avatar

Hey Christine, I am from India and would like to buy the base make up (foundation, concealer and compact) do u keep all shades, I mean matching to the indian tone as well?

Lulee Avatar

christine, the number you have listed here for FL is incorrect (305-604-9040), i just called them, that is a regular mac store. the correct mac pro store number is 305-538 1088, i dont know if that means they changed locations as well though. hope this helps

Nehnuh Avatar

I was wondering i recently was approved for my MAC pro card & was approved ($ was deducted from my account)… with my card will I be able to get a discount at regular MAC stores? Like from my purchase? or only at MAC pro stores? Very curious.

margarita Avatar

OMG Christine.. I have been trying to search for this list FOREVER!! I love your site.. Although it gets me into trouble since I buy all kinds of stuff after seeing new launches! By any chance do you know how often they add new colors to their PRO line? Just wondering when we will have an updated list from you. 🙂 Thanks!!

Nicky Avatar

i’m wondering little bit n i kinda newbie for makeup
if I’m not an artist and not a pro member, am i still able to buy some stuff at pro shop cuz I want to try the lip erase
thank u ^^

Sara Avatar

Hi, just wanted to mention how helpful this page is!!! I placed my first order with them today but they did say that the had discontinued Indian Ink, Bottle Green and Deep Damson, I could be wrong but that’s what they told me. Thanks again!

Ellie Avatar

I would like to place an order on the phone, but before I do, I would like to see the products, so I can choose which ones I want.
I tried going on the pro website, but whenever I try to see the pro products, the link takes me back to the regular list of products. It’s really frustrating.
Any idea where I can see the products? Thanks

Maris Avatar

Please excuse my ignorance but I’m looking for a Gold pigment from the pro line I saw on a video tutorial. According to the creator of the look, the pigment is just called Gold but I can not find it nor it’s listed here. So, it was either discontinnued, moved to the regular line, renamed or the name was named incorrectly by the makeup artist in the video. Does someone know it there is/was such pigment? or what happened to it?

Ann Arcenas Avatar

Hello Christine. Would you know if if Full Coverage Makeup is still available in all Pro stores particularly the one in Ometasando Hills, Tokyo?

Miss J Avatar

This is SO helpful! Thank you so, so, so much! Makes no sense to me why you’d allow non-PRO to purchase the products, but not let us at least see the products available. I think it’s more efficient to just show us the d*** products, so we don’t have to waste other people’s time at the stores asking tons of questions. Even better, just make it so we can purchase the products online and cut the hassle, but nooo…gotta be all exclusive and annoying.

Miss J Avatar

If you want to update prices, I guess Water Based Mixing Medium is $19 now and the Palette and Spatula for mixing are now $18 each. Just thought I’d let you know since that’s what I found out after placing an order.

NAJO Avatar

hey, im a make up artist n i have mac pro card, i wanna ask u how much i have discount if i buy from ur store especially on mac products. thnx

May the good Lord BLESS this woman, Christine~ who wrote this post!!! You have helped me solve a HUGE problem I have been dealing with for years!! I live in AZ so it’s a treat to get to visit a Mac Pro store! My hubby goes to Vegas once a year for work and now I can send him with a list of the names of the pigments I want!! We use to have to shoot from the hip and hope that the ladies working the store would know which pigments are the special colors only the Pro store carries~but sadly most women who work there have NO CLUE what the special “Pro-Pigment” colors are!!! Thank you so so very much for this posting!! You are a God-sent!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!
