MAC Dazzleshadow Extreme ($20.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a new, permanent formula that is available in 10 shades (I bought all 10 but my order was missing one shade). It’s supposed to have an “extreme molten metallic” finish with “12-hour staying power.” They’re also available as pan refills for $9.00; I had to purchase two shades in the pot-form because those shades aren’t yet in stock in pan form.

I’m SO happy they’re available in pans! I already have my dozen or so Dazzleshadows depotted and together in a Mac palette. Same with my Extra Dimension eyeshadows. They look so pretty all together! And I use them more, not to mention how much free stuff I got from Mac after I depotted all my blushes and shadows.

Some of the shades that my was immediately drawn to can likely be duped within my PML Decadence Mothership and the rest of my stash, I’m thinking. However, Celebutante and Illuminaughty probably aren’t!

I am not sure they live up to the claim that they are “extreme” but they are pretty. I love Emerald Cut and despite having a million pink/red shades, Celebutante is gorgeous. Seems to have a slightly different tone to it. I am looking forward to reviews.

I bought all 10 in-store, and realized I somehow ended up with 2 Couture Copper, the one that interested me the least, and no Incinerated, the one I wanted most, LOL! Now I just have to find my receipt, and find time to get back to the store…
