MAC Bronze Collection released earlier this month at Ulta, and a lot of it sold out (go figure!), but the collection is supposed to launch on MAC’s website on June 1st, so here are swatches for your perusal! As a FYI, the five Foiled Eyeshadows are actually previously-released shades but with new names–which is really odd for MAC as they repromote but usually use the same name!

For reference: Sunphoria = Feminine Wiles (slightly cooler this time around), White Haute = Fairy Land, Sand Tropez = Faerie Fayre, Monaco-co = Enchanted Forest, and Tide ‘n’ Seek = Magic in Your Eyes. They came out in 2015. The just-released version in 2020 felt marginally creamier with slightly smoother shimmer, but keep in mind, the originals are five years old at this point (so there could be minor changes in texture over time, like being a little drier!).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I have Set to sizzle and on me I did not have so much color. Only a bit shimmer, very dissapointing. So if possible try it out before buying.

Many moons ago Mac came out with a summer collection called “Temperature Rising” which had a lipglass called “Underdressed.” I LOVED that lipglass and always wished I had stocked up. “Summer Chromance” kinda reminds me of it. Would be interested Christine in knowing how similar they are. If they are really closed, I’m buying 10 LOL

Some of those foiled shadows would make for excellent one-and-done looks. I could easily pull off (and love!) Monaco-co or White Haute as stand alone color on my lids.

IF I can get one or the other, I will. Otherwise, no stress. 🙂

The Radiant Matte Bronzing Powder in Beige-ing Beauty looks promising, but given how many bronzers I already have, plus the fact there’s no end in sight for mandatory face masks, I’m going to have to give it some more thought… The eyeshadows all look good, but I would imagine they’ll be the first to go, so I can’t really be bothered…

Isn’t there two face glaze shades missing?
“Like it lilac that” and “Magic hour”? Was curious to see the swatches for magic hour! 🙂
