LORAC Unzipped Ocean Sunset Eyeshadow Palette Swatches
LORAC Unzipped Ocean Sunset Eyeshadow Palette ($42.00 for 0.58 oz.) includes 10 eyeshadows and a travel-sized eyeshadow primer. It’s part of the Unzipped series, and for the summer/fall, LORAC has released three new, limited edition Sunset-inspired editions. This is the Ocean Sunset palette, which seemed to be a warmer, mid-tone palette with neutrals and a few pops of color. The palettes launched this morning on ULTA! Full review to come 🙂

Wow! Those pink shades look really nicely pigmented! Little disappointed with the salt water shade bit I look forward to seeing how it compares!
I really miss these LORAC launches – wished they were back in Canada!
Mostly great but those first two are so disappointing. The pinks look like they walked over from Lorac’s B&tB palette (not a bad thing).
I’m a huge fan of the Lorac Unzipped palette, so if this is the same formula, I’m interested. Salt Water looks a bit weak, but the other swatches look very good! It doesn’t look like that thin, dry, dusty formula from the mega palettes. Will await your review
Hmm, strange that an Ocean palette doesn’t have any blues, maybe they should’ve renamed this one but still like the purples and pinks
It’s an ocean SUNSET palette. Why wouldn’t there be pinks and golds at SUNSET?
Where are the blues, greens, and grays? This is an ocean palette. The pinks, golds, and browns are very pretty, but I am tired of them being everywhere. This is disappointing, an ocean palette really could have been a chance to branch out and try something different.
It’s an ocean SUNSET palette, not an ocean palette. Why wouldn’t there be pinks and golds in that case?
Fair enough, it is an ocean sunset. I am just tired of the pinks and golds dominating all the palettes, I am ready for something different,. There could be gold flecked blues, grays or greens in this, showing the light of a sunset dancing on the water. Or the blue sky. It looks like they tried it with salt water, but it looks so unpigmented.
These swatches look really good. My money is on the Mountain one though. I don’t need any more pink or purple shadows
I pulled the trigger on Desert and Ocean. The packaging looks very beautiful.
Those pink shades look stunning. But I think I’m leaning towards Desert but by far Ocean and Desert are the most lust worthy of the three!
What happened to salt water?!?! I’m hoping you’ll say it does better on the eyes, Christine, because I really love the shades in this palette! Lorac is going to empty out my wallet for sure >.<
Salt Water and Mother of Pearl swatched like total duds. That’s disappointing to me. Not at all up to par with the rest of the shades in this particular palette. Boo!
Out of the three Lorac pallettes this one is my favorite.
I wish Lorac had singles, I kind of like 3-4 shades from each of their three new palettes and would love to just throw together all the ones I like into one mega palette 🙂
I actually like how sheer Salt Water seems? I would wear that as a face highlight, haha.
Some of these shades seem really great!
I am so disappointed in the Salt Water shade! In the pan, it looks so unique and pretty, but the pigmentation and color just isn’t there. I thought that would be such a pretty color for green or brown eyes!
