Kosas Turned On Weightless Lip Color ($26.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a dusty, medium-dark pink-coral with subtle, warm undertones and a cream finish. I’d almost categorize it as a darker rose but it seemed to have just enough warmth to fit better with corals.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to have a "satiny smooth, creamy" feel that is hydrating and has "medium coverage." The pigmentation was nearly opaque or fully opaque across all shades I trialed, so they were nowhere neear medium coverage.
The texture was lightweight, creamy, and smooth, and they seemed more prone to melting as almost all of mine were weak (angled or partially broken) at the base. I wouldn't have thought they were THAT prone to breaking based on the texture, though, as they didn't have high slip when applied to my lips.
The lighter shades lasted three to four hours and were more non-drying than hydrating for me. The mid-tone and deeper shades lasted four to five hours and were similarly more non-drying than hydrating while worn. I'd argue that they were a bit "thicker" despite not really being thick in feel on my lips than the typical bullet-style lipstick.
The formula had a subtle, sweet vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

While I really love how these look applied, I worry that I may have a bit of shade overlap since I tend to go for the same “family” of lip colors. Deep Talks makes me think of a juicier version of CT Pillow Talk Medium?
And Turned On reminds of MAC Cosmo?
Then again, I could be imagining those because right now I have a veritable truckload of asthma and cold medicine in me.
I have a couple of the old Kosas lipsticks (the ones with black packaging) that I really like. I may try these to see how they compare.
What gorgeous coral based lipsticks these are! I quite like Deep Talks.
Nice as these are, there’s one aspect that irks me. The tube shade is not even in the same universe as the applied shade. The tube shades look suitable, but the applied shades on me would have everyone running for the door!
