Jouer Darling Blush Bouquet Review & Swatches
Darling
Jouer Darling Blush Bouquet ($30.00 for 0.39 oz.) is a new duo that features a warmer, more orange-toned peach and a lighter, more pink-toned peach, both with subtle, gold shimmer throughout, which buffed to a more satin-like finish. They were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing, so for the right skin tone, it could be a winning pairing.

Embrace Me
Embrace Me is a medium peach with moderate, warm orange undertones and a satin finish. There was very faint shimmer throughout, but once applied and blended out on my skin, it had a more seamless glow that didn’t have overt shimmer. The texture was smooth to the touch, denser and more firmly-pressed into the pan, but it picked up well with a moderate touch and typical blush brush. It had opaque color payoff that could be diffused for sheerer coverage. The color showed signs of fading after eight hours of wear.

Formula Overview
-
The formula is supposed to be "highly pigmented" and "easy" to blend that "stays vibrant from morning till night." I found the powders to have a smooth, velvety texture that was a little thin, so they weren't dusty, and they were fairly blendable on bare skin and over foundation. They tended to have semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation over intense coverage in a single layer. They wore between eight and nine hours on me before fading.

Love Me
Love Me is a light pink with strong, warm undertones and a satin finish. It had barely-there golden shimmer throughout that translated into a more subtle glow (as opposed to noticeable shimmer) once the powder was applied and blended out on my skin.
It had good pigmentation in a single layer, which was buildable to full coverage with less than half of a layer m ore. The texture was smooth to the touch, not too firmly nor too softly pressed into the pan, so it was easy to pick up more or less product as desired. It wore nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.

These look very nice on both you and Mel Thompson, as you are both in the light-medium skintone category. On me, they would disappear into my medium skintone. I’ll stick with the Passion Duo instead.
Nice pairing and kinda sorbet looking. I like how subtle it looks. It might be a possibility.
Both these shades paired well together and I like how the finish was quite subtle on your cheeks. The first shade, Embrace Me, wasn’t too orangey either. Both shades rated well too. A lovely duo.
Wow, this is such a beautiful duo! Love both shades and the finish, definitely something I would like. However I won’t be purchasing this any time soon, as I have so much blush atm… Perhaps later!
These are really pretty and great for fair skintones. I really like that there is a peach and a pink, instead of two shades of the same color. It would be a great basic duo for daily use or travel.
These are beautiful and I bet they’ll look great on my very fair complexion.
