Iconic London Coral Glow Blush & Highlight Duo Review & Swatches
Coral Glow
Iconic London Coral Glow Silk Glow Blush and Highlight Duo ($39.00 for 0.21 oz.) featured a gel-powder formula across a blush and a highlighter, though I found the highlighter to be noticeably drier and more powdery for a gel-powder style formula, which was unexpected. The blush was quite nice, though, and had that signature, more melted and seamless finish on skin.

Coral Glow (Left)
Coral Glow (Left) is a bright, medium-dark coral with warmer, more orange-leaning undertones and fine, golden pearl that gave it a luminous sheen.
- Opaque coverage in one layer
- Moderately-dense, firm but not stiff texture
- Gel-powder formula, so best with a moderately-dense brush
- Applied/blended evenly, looked “melted” on skin
- Long-wearing (8 hours)

Formula Overview
-
The formula is supposed to have a "gel-powder" texture that yields a "flush of color in one weep" and gives a "radiant" finish.
The texture of the blushes was denser and firmer, though not stiff, but the classic gel-powder formula that works best with moderately-dense brushes in order to pick up product evenly. There was no powderiness, and the blushes applied evenly and "melted" on skin for a seamless, luminous finish. The pigmentation was more opaque in a single layer, though it was easily dialed down by using a lighter hand.
Unfortunately, for the highlighters, they seemed on the drier side and didn't have the signature seamless/melted finish as the blushes or gel-powder formulas typically have. They weren't bad per se, just that they weren't as blendable and had a little more texture to them.
Both blush and highlighter formulas lasted around eight hours on me.

Pretty color duo, but I can just bring out my Nars Fetishized and ABH Amrezy and have the same combo. Those two I actually do use in tandem pretty often, as is!
Yes, I do agree that the blush side was infinitely better than the highlighter side – a shame really because if both sides were of equal quality, this could have been a much better product overall.
