Melba by MAC. Honestly you can never apply too much of this blush, you just can’t go wrong. I used to use gingerly by MAC in the winter but I stayed using Melba this winter & it just looks healthy while in the summer I just add a highlight for a glow effect. My absolute favorite I am so content with it I really don’t see myself purchasing any other blush.

I have this & I’ve yet to wear it! Do you set it with powder? If you don’t, what is te average length of time it lasts on you please?

Kate Avatar

I think I’ve worn Peony every day for the last 3 weeks. It really does seem to go with everything! And sticks around pretty well, which is nice.

Giorgio Armani Sheer Blush #2 (discontinued), Burberry #08 Misty and Cle de Peau Cheek Color Duo #3
Love them so much I want to have back-up for all these 3 blushes!!

Lol, I’ve been thinking of buying GA # 2 for the longest. I just bought #10 & I love it. Misty is on my WL. I’ve yet to get into CDP products ecause they are so expensive & I’m trying to avoid their Luminizer that I’ve been aching to buy…

This is what I’m trying to find right now! The blushes I’ve tried all seem to be too dark for my very fair skin. Does anyone have any suggestions for a coraly/pink/peachy blush for very light skin (similar to Tarte’s 12-Hr Amazonian Clay Foundation in Ivory)?

I have NYX’s Pinched right now that I’ve been using, but the pink in it just seems too dark for me.

I also have very fair skin (neutral undertones) and I’ve found that Tarte Blissful applied with a light hand is a nice peach/pink/coral for my coloring–definitely leans more warm than cool, and more peach than pink on me, but it works well even on my VF cool-toned sister. It may be worth swatching next time you’re at Sephora!

I am also quite fair, with yellow undertones and I love Nars Deep Throat and Mac Pink Swoon. During winter I go to Mac Plum Foolery, but with a very light hand… Hope this helps. xxxx

I’m currently an NW10 with cool undertones. I really like Bobbi Brown’s Nude Pink, though it can apply true to pan if you apply too much. The Cargo line also has Tonga, which is a nice, fairly neutral light pink blush. NARS Sex Appeal is great for fair skin – in fact, I’d say it’s specifically intended for very fair complexions and is warmer toned. Hourglass Ethereal Light is also a very light blush, and it’s a cool toned pink.

I’d also recommend trying a stippling brush if you’re fair-skinned. I find it really helps diffuse the color, particularly if you tap the brush against the back of your hand before applying. Some people have also recommended NARS Yachiyo brush to me for fair complexions. 🙂

MAC Blushbaby, Tarte Blissful, Chanel Affinite!

I successfully tracked down Korres Natural and I’m so glad I got it, it’s more of a light highlighting blush that looks gorgeous with a bronzer 😀

I like my everyday stuff to be idiot-proof, oops-proof, and mess-proof. Benefit Hervana, Tarte Awakening/Exposed cheek stain, and Mac Brit Wit (I just ordered my second one of this). I find creams are great for everyday.

This is a hard one to answer as I have lots of everyday favorites. If I were to just pick two I would say Rockateur for a look in the pink/rose tones and Lustre (Nars) for everything else.

I would be hard pressed to consider any blush an ‘everyday’ blush since I switch things up all the time. I would have to go with Chanel Accent, Estee Lauder Alluring Rose, Tom Ford Flush (just a hint of it over MAC Harmony or NARS matte multiple Altai) and Illamasqua Naked Rose. All of these look like I am not specifically wearing ‘colour’ on my cheeks despite their total differences in colour and undertone.

I have more blushers than anyone in their right mind could need or want, but one that I keep going back to day after day is Tom Ford’s Frantic Pink but it now has some competition. I recently got the new TF palette called Unabashed and I think I’ll be wearing the blusher in that one all summer 🙂

A Name Avatar

Estee Lauder Sensuous Rose is a great, very “natural” looking colour on me.
But Chanel Presage is the one I reach for most. The formula makes it super easy to tone down.

Janelle Avatar

Chanel Accent. I can use it alone for the more natural days and on the days when I want a little more pop I can contour and use a highlighter. It works not matter what color I do my eyes and lips! I have so many backups of this (I scoured the Chanel counter’s in three different counties–beyond sad I know!)

Mac Giggly, (LE), Mac Azalea Blossom Ombré Blush, (LE), Laura Gellar 1st edition of the Ethereal Rose baked Blush n Brighten Powder (that version DC’d but something very slightly similar is now named that), Laura Gellar Baked Blush n Brighten in Grapefruit, Mac Fleur Power, Mac Frankly Scarlet, Lorac Baked Satin Blush in Velvet Ropes, and from the Mac Barbie Collection, both Beauty Powders. (LE) 😀 YaY! I Love blush!! They can be used all over for a quick makeup look that is highly flattering and time saving! <333

This season: MAC Mineralize Blush in SImmer. For extra staying power, I’ll put it over a crème blush.
It works best under the lighting in my office as well as outdoors or at home.

Marissa Avatar

Coygirl by MAC, Deep Throat by NARS, Bali by Cargo, Orgasm by NARS. I rotate through my blushes a lot, but these are go to’s when I don’t have time to figure out what to wear.

Alison Avatar

My go-to is usually Benetint with a quick sweep of Sugarbomb.

I was scared of blusher for ages (high school memories of the overblushed girls gave me blusher fear) and only recently have realised how much it brightens my face up. Now I have a huge wish list of blushers!

Jade Avatar

I loved MAC Springsheen, used it for years, I’ve also been constantly going back to MAC Supercontinental, which may not be so “everyday” but it looks freaking awesome so I don’t care! I like NYX Natural, though more when I’m fairer (like MAC NC15) and recently I’ve been loving MAC At Dusk Extra Dimension blush… I swear I’ve tried more brands than just MAC!! I just like MAC blush, obviously! 😛

Alia Avatar

Givenchy Aficionado Peach, Chanel Accent, Chanel Rose Bronze Tom Ford Love Lust, Tom Ford Frantic Pink, Laura Mercier Shimmer Blocs in all colors, Giorgio Armani 502, Giorgio Armani 503, MAC Springsheen, MAC Dainty, MAC Warm Soul to name a few of my faves…I have a serious makeup addiction lol

Benefit’s Hervana and Chanel’s Rose Initiale

I just started uni (again) and not enough sleep and too much caffeine plus no exercise makes me look so washed out that blush has become a necessity. But I don’t have the time to put a full face on/blend things out perfectly so Hervana and Rose Initiale are both great because they go on more sheerly and thus allow more room for error. They’re also very natural looking so only I know that I have blush on (though the before and after is shocking). I prefer Hervana a little more as it’s really low-key and more similar to my natural colouring, which is pretty fair. So for now, blush is my substitute for a healthy life (or any type of life really). LOL…

Veronica Avatar

Bobbi Brown Nude Pink and Cargo Prague. I’m still crushed Cargo discontinued the shade – so hard to find nice, neutral brown/pink blushes!

Catluuver Avatar

For days when I don’t know what to wear or don’t want to think about it, my ever so faithful Illamasqua Naked Rose is my savior hands down. I love Illa blushes but this one is just perfect for me. I do need to shop my stash & see what other perfect for any day blushes I have. I recently become enamored with acquiring blushes. After I left out of middle & maybe early high school I never wore blush, I’m unsure why I stopped wearing blush. It may be because I’ve always worn red lipstick & it was always very bold. I branded them as ‘Statement lips’ & guess I didn’t feel the need to wear anything else on my face besides eye MU.

If anyone reads this, loves blushes but has yet to check out Illamasqua’s bushes- get one ne! You won’t be disappointed. 🙂
