Haus Labs Bronzite Bio-Radiant Highlighter Review & Swatches
Bronzite
Haus Labs Bronzite Bio-Radiant Highlighter ($40.00 for 0.42 oz.) is a deep brown with subtle, warm undertones and cooler pink and gold pearl throughout that gave it a slightly plum overtone. It had a smooth, luminous sheen.
- Opaque coverage
- Gel-powder formula: firm but not stiff
- Picked up well with dry brush, blendable
- Long-wearing (9-10 hours was typical)

Formula Overview
$40.00/0.42 oz. - $95.24 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to apply "seamlessly" with "radiant, next gen glow" that lasts for "up to 12 hours." It featured a gel-powder hybrid formula, so the feel of the powder was on the firmer side, but it wasn't stiff. There was no powderiness, and I had no issues picking up product with more feathery, less-dense fan brushes or more traditional tapered highlighting brushes.
The shades were typically semi-opaque to opaque in coverage and easily applied with a lighter hand. The powder sat well on bare skin as well as on top of foundation, and it had a "melted" look that helped the powder sit seamlessly. They wore nine to 10 hours on me, so not quite the 12-hours claimed but longer-wearing than average.

While I am truly glad to see that Haus Labs is being very inclusive, I’ve noticed that MUA’s like Pat McGrath and Danessa Myricks tend to use sheer-based highlighters in just about any shade of shimmer on the richest of skintones instead of using just a deep, but plain brown highlighter. I’m talking about sheer-based glowing golden bronze, fuchsia, even violet or blues!
That said, I do see Bronzite being a splendid bronzing blush for deep tan to dark skintones!
These highlighters have been of a consistently good quality – this one looks really good for deeper skintones and the finish is a subtle sheen.
