Givenchy Mystic Pink Mystic Glow Powder Review & Swatches
Mystic Pink
Givenchy Mystic Pink Mystic Glow Powder ($47.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a pale, peachy beige with warm undertones and a sparkling, glittery finish. The formula isn’t supposed to “leave any textured effects” and be “easy to build” with “a veil of mother-of-pearl with multi-glitter reflections.” It had a denser, slightly firmer consistency that needed a moderately-dense brush (I used a tapered highlighting brush) to work well with it as more feathery brushes (like a fan brush) seemed to pick up a dusting of sparkle.
It can be used wet or dry with application using a dampened brushing a much more metallic, high-shine finish and a bit more pigmentation with less effort. Dry yielded medium, buildable pigmentation that lasted well for eight hours but had a fair amount of sparkle/glitter travel over the course of the day, whereas dampened application had semi-opaque coverage that stayed on well for as long but had less glitter migration. This is going to be most suitable for those who like a healthy dose of sparkle/micro-glitter in their highlighters.

You’ll see there are a few shades that you can be purchased individually but most shades are only in the palette, so this way, we are aiming for people to be able to sort down to just singles. We had to go back through what has already been posted to try and re-classify everything, so there are likely some shades that should be permanent and not just in palette form.
You so outthink us! Perfect.
This is pretty but for $56 CDN, I want a product that earns more than a B-!
Even though it looks fantastic on you, I could see this one looking like a pale glitterfest on my skintone. I can just barely get away with using MAC’s Snowflushed as it is!
Off topic but love the Moonlight palette on you.
