Give Me Glow Foiled Pressed Shadows Reviews & Swatches (Part 3 of 5)
Stoned
Give Me Glow Stoned Foiled Pressed Shadow ($7.00 for 0.105 oz.) is a medium-dark, smoky green with subtle, warm undertones and warmer, olive shimmer throughout that gave it a metallic finish. The eyeshadow had rich pigmentation in a single pass, which adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out effortlessly.
The texture felt lightly creamy, somewhat dense but not thick or stiff to work with. It lasted well for eight and a half hours before creasing a touch.

The brand offers matte and foiled finish eyeshadows, though the descriptions are largely the same: "highly pigmented," "blendable," and "finely milled." The difference is with the foiled finish eyeshadows, the brand cautions to use less because they're that pigmented and going in with a heavier hand could cause flaking.
The foiled eyeshadows are incredibly pigmented with a very smooth, creamy consistency that was dense without being too stiff or too firmly-pressed into the pan. I didn't have any issues picking up product with a dry brush, and they also worked well with fingertips or a dampened brush an even more intense, metallic finish that was ultra-shiny.
I found this finish to be more consistent, too, and it was rare to run into major issues with the shades in this finish. There were a few with a touch of fallout or that might have creased a bit faster over time, but by and large, they hit all the high notes for those who love pigmented, metallic eyeshadows. They wore between eight and nine hours, often creasing more than fading on me.
They come in oversized pans (relative to average size) at 37mm, and they contain double the product (0.10 oz.) the average eyeshadow does (0.05 oz.).

Kiwi
Give Me Glow Kiwi Foiled Pressed Shadow ($7.00 for 0.105 oz.) is a light-medium lime green with subtle, warm undertones and a metallic finish. It had mostly opaque color coverage, which could be built up with a second layer.
The texture was slightly thicker and looked more textured when applied to my lid, so it did not apply as evenly as the majority of the brand’s shimmer shades have for me. This shade wore well for eight hours before creasing visibly.

Joker
Give Me Glow Joker Foiled Pressed Shadow ($7.00 for 0.105 oz.) is a medium green with moderate, warm undertones and a metallic finish. The consistency felt slightly more loosely-pressed compared to most shades from the brand, but it wasn’t prone to sheering out or fallout.
It still felt lightly emollient and smooth to the touch. The eyeshadow yielded full color payoff in a single layer that lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Spring Fling
Give Me Glow Spring Fling Foiled Pressed Shadow ($7.00 for 0.105 oz.) is a dirty, grayish-green base with warmer, green-gold shimmer throughout. The consistency felt a smidgen more powdery and loosely-pressed in the pan, so I found that the shade sheered out a bit when applied with a dry brush.
It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation but was best applied with a dampened brush. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Stoned and Spring Fling are the two most interesting shades to me. However, I do have CP Up & Up and Huda Emerald Palette, so I likely won’t be needing either one. 😥
I love that emerald city color! That is so beautiful and a total stand out for me along the same warm-leaning green shades that look so ghastly on me.
What a lovely feast of greens to wake up to on a Sunday morning (here in Aus). These are all beautiful shades of green. Stoned, Joker and Emerald City are my favourites. Give Me Glow is an excellent brand, with consistently good eyeshadows.
i have lemon lime and love it– have had really good experiences w GMG’s eyeshadows generally. and that stoned swatch is to pretty I might have to try that one next.
Emerald City made me whistle to myself.
Lemon lime has my heart <3 she will be mine!
Stoned, Joker and Spring Fling are my sorts of colours (which is why I keep buying those sorts of shades over and over) but Emerald City is positively MAGICAL!
I’ll add Stoned to my wishlist! Kind of want Lemon Lime too. I own Spring Fling and it’s lovely in pan and in person!
