Haul: Colourpop (I can’t stop!) Mondays in Malibu set, Too Shy and Empire super shock pigments, Wet lip pencil, Blood, Fiesta, and Pitch lippie stix. I went to a Dior Master Class yesterday and picked up the Airflash foundation (I think he gave me the wrong shade. What color do you wear, Christine?), Dior Fluid Stick in 219 Whisper Beige, Lash Maximizer and Diorshow Blackout mascara, and the Glow Maximizer.
Weekend Plans: I’m heading out to see an Agatha Christie mystery turned into a play on Saturday!
TV series/book: I’m reading books by Mindy Kaling and Amy Poehler, and I’m in the middle of re-watching the entire The Office series (My absolute favorite).

I don’t have Airflash, so I have no idea. I think the last time I used Dior, I was using 021.
That’s what I thought… I wear 021 Linen in their DiorStar, but the artist matched me to 302 Beige Rose. I’ve never worn a pink-toned foundation in my LIFE, and I tend to be either really close or just a shade lighter than your foundation matches. Haul: Well I finally received the Chanel liners in Iris, my favorite, and Orchidee! As well, the Armsni ETK in Blue Blast(01) & Blue Beetle (34).. I’m very happy with them! I hauled more nutrition shakes, was given the MJB 500 Pt perk from my sweet mom, and the Armani VIB promo gift with my little haul of Japanese razor, MUFE lip liner in 19 C I think.. And SR Good Genes! The SAKS gift bag is a great crafted zipper bag, I love little bags, but his is decent & roomy but came with no samples. All groovy!
Weekend: I just made new decisions regarding my health and will begin implementing them. It’s a great start.. Finally!!!!! Docs have gotten BETTER! I’m feeling very fortunate and much more hopeful now so everything else will be positively affected by that! Otherwise, managing everywhere I am an advocate & counselor for various things, catching up with friends, and breathing! It has been a week! 😀
I’m not currently in the middle of any books or movies or tv shows. So busy! Visiting Temptalia is my vacation! 🙂 (Guilty pleasure) hehehe Shhh 😛

I am working on a journey of that sorts with a neurolgical condition that has been whipping me lately(so to speak). I mention you in my prayers along with a few others in the community here. It seems there are quite a few strong women attracted to, Christine’s site. I did cancel with Nordstrom and if arrived today from Neiman’s! You are right! I’ve not given it the full wear. But,Orchidee seems like a very nice liner. Its definitely unique to my stash. Maybe I’ll try some more Chanel liners ..this is my first!

Haul: Zoeva Rose Golden Luxury Set finally came in! They’re good brushes, but dare I say too soft? They’re also smaller than I thought they’d be, but I do like them a lot! I was also in Vegas last weekend, so I bought Lush Sympathy for the Skin, MAC Face and Body in N2, MAC 217 brush, Buxom Lash Mascara (it’s good, but needs to dry out a bit), an Anastasia dual ended brush (with the angled liner brush on one end, and the spoolie on the other), Anastasia Brow Whiz in Medium Brown (my HG brow product). I also got a kate spade dish that is white, 6″ by 6″ with a gold border, and written in the middle it says “odds and ends,” and I’m going to use it on the table by my door to put my keys and things I take with me every day.
Weekend Plans: Friend’s house tonight for take out and relaxing, having friends at my place tomorrow afternoon to watch the Belmont (Go American Pharoah!). Date night tomorrow night, then Sunday the boyf’s friend’s bday party. Busy weekend!

Weekend plans: Nothing planned, but I’m always trying to clean/organize my room. Massive projects in there that never seem to get finished (lazy procrastinator). Dropping off a bday gift for my cousin (it was on Tuesday, she’s 20yo). Gifting her the KathleenLights ColourPop quad and Girl Online by Zoe Sugg (Zoella on YoutTube – I just discovered her. This week I am playing with my Lorac Heart Breaker and Dream Girl Palettes. Though they aren’t the highest quality palettes I own, I do like them quite a bit! Also today I used Dipbrow for the first time and it’s a great product. I have been working with my New Nars Luminous Weightless Foundation for a couple weeks ( it isn’t the easiest formula to work with but I love the pigmentation). Today I mixed a half pump with two drops of Nude Progenious Treatment Oil and I am certain I have discovered the ultimate way for me to use this foundation. I have combo skin so I was certain I would be greasy by lunch but my skin looks flawless, no blotting required.
I just finished the novel All the Light We Cannot See. I am currently working through the best books of 2014. My favorite so far has been To Rise Again at a Decent Hour. Next up: J: A Novel.
My husband and I just finished season three of The Americans. We are half way through Season one of The Missing (incredible). Next up: Season two of Master of Sex.

Haul: the inevitable Colourpop order got here. I got Mondays in Malibu, and Luau lippie stix. We did a Sephora run because I needed moisturizer (Dr. Weil’s for Origins brightening stuff) and I ended up with a Sephora brand blush in Too Hot (a satin finish coral that caught my eye for some reason), UD Naked Skin foundation and the usual handful of face masks. My partner got Kat Von D’s Studded Lipstick in Moterhead, which will also look good on me, although in a totally different way.
Whoops, forgot the rest of it.
Weekend plans: not much, getting caught up on laundry and hopefully some writing.

My son has been making me watch the cartoon Gravity Falls. It’s hilarious! It’s set in Oregon, so even better. I’m about halfway through the first season. Weekend plans: working! Cleaning! Yuck! I have to work because I’m going visit a specialist at Ohio State University on Tues.So, I have to make up the time. It’s a 2-2.5 hr trip each way. My mom and daughter are going to go and stay in a hotel with me. There is an American girl Doll store we are going to surprise my daughter with a little trip to. She had straight A’s all school year and perfect attendance! Very proud of her. But, I am exhausted. Sometimes I wonder when I will get to enjoy all my lovely goodies outside of my house besides doctors offices, lol! Maybe I should wear no makeup and they will take me more serious. My mom does say I always look to good for the doctor,Ha! Maybe I’ll land one to marry, blah ha ha!
Books/TV: I don’t really watch tv. With my disorder, I have constant background pain in my left side of my face and part of my head. I can’t just look at something and not relax. I have to redirect my focus off the pain always 24/7 .So, I don’t do well just vegging on the couch ever. I used to read a lot. But, I also have a lot of trouble sleeping form the pain. So, I would find myself losing track of time and be up until almost morning because I would just get lost in the books. So,now I just read Temptalia.com! 🙂
I forgot- Chanel Orchidee too! I am waiting for that thing still. I first ordered it from Nordstrom and they pushed the order off about two weeks. I finally just called a neimans. So, hopefully, it will arrive soon!

I actually ordered the the ones you linked in my comment as dupes for the UD Smokey palette. I have 2 already of the ones you listed. So, I added and extra M536(Milk tea) because I use it a ton and S312(mint green) because I have some purples and blues already I think I could work into a nice look. plus the color is gorgeous and great for summer. You got me back on my MUFE wagon! thank you for gathering those!
Funny thing about Traceless is that I hated it when I first tried it in the winter. I used a beauty blender and my skin is much less dry (more normal) now. I haven’t tried it with a brush yet. But, I am sure a brush would work too. Just use small amounts. I really like it. I barely have to set it with powder. I don’t mix any of the TF foundations so $-wise it comes out about the same. I like his stick a lot too. But, it takes some more work. I think I will be using the stick more in colder months as it is more emollient.

Truth Serum Collagen Booster, Fresh Black Tea Age-Delay Eye Concentrate, Urban Decay Dive Bar eyeshadow, redeemed some Sephora points for 1/2 oz. of Ole Henriksen Truth Serum, Tarteguard 30, and a Nars mini of Orgasm lipgloss (decent size for a mini too!) Placed an order with ColourPop, got notified today that it shipped via Priority 2 day, so maybe Monday? It contains: Quarters, Pie, Poolside, Highly Waisted, Monster, Butterfly Beach all for cheeks, with Krinkle and the shade that’s a lighter version of Krinkle? I forgot the name! Lol !
Weekend plans: do my hair ordeal, de-clog kitchen sink because its been slow to drain, so now kitchen work is behind, Ugh!!! Go to my meeting on Sunday.
Are you in the middle of reading a book/ watching a t.v. series: Well, my t.v. broke awhile back! For reading, I’ve been studying the Bible. I don’t skip around reading a scripture here and there, I literally read it chapter by chapter, book by book. So much history and deep thought provoking material in it! I also use it to see areas of my life that could use some work. And to help me improve my outlook on life, strengthen my faith and trying to become a better version of myself.
Oh, that other ColourPop eyeshadow is Sugar! I kept trying to remember its name, and for some reason, “Sky” kept popping into my head, and then I was like, “no, that’s not it, but what is it?!?”” Lol! And according to the USPS tracking number, it will all arrive on Monday. I am so excited to try out all these ColourPop goodies!!!

I did! With Fireball and also Vanity out of Vice 3, and it looked so great! Normally, I steer clear of cooler blue shades, but that duochrome saves it because it gives it a periwinkle hue. Next up will be Tonic!

You can’t go wrong with any of the matte browns. I own almost all of them. (Oktoberfest, Barista, Harvest Brown are the best!) Also Lakeshore is a fave of mine. The most unique golden blue shadow I have ever seen.
I’ve always wanted to get some, because I always want to fill our Swatch Gallery/Dupe List with more permanent, affordable options, but there are so many and I can never decide how to parse through it all!
You should definitely give them a try. I would suggest getting a few from each color family. I always check out swatches online to see what the color may look like since it’s an online only store. Some of them are even MAC dupes.
Haul: I purchased the Buxom Dolly’s Wild Side palette… and I will be returning it tomorrow. =( I also picked up a Sally Hansen nail polish (to cheer myself up) and the Insta-Dri top coat (still my favorite top coat after trying a lot of others through the years).

Weekend plans: all my favourite people are in town – my son is home from uni and my niece and sis in law are coming for a bbq tonight (dessert will be a trip to a great local joint for ice cream) and my former neighbour/good friend is “home” for a week; planting out some planters of annual flowers and one of herbs
I’m not in the middle of reading or watching anything but I cannot wait for the new adaptation of the Poldark novels to air on PBS. I keep hoping it is starting this coming Sunday but so far – nada!
How are you liking the NARS primer? I don’t know if I’ve tried any of their primers recently (other than the eye one) that I can recall at least.
It’s actually pretty nice but the “light optimizing” aspect isn’t all that stellar (if you’ll pardon the pun) – once I’ve applied my foundation, it doesn’t make a heck of a lot of difference but it very nice worn on its own (though then I start thinking “Why am I wearing a primer if I’m not bothering with foundation?”. It does have SPF, which was another plus but the CoverFX primer I have has a higher level of SPF. So I’m not sure if it’s something I’d buy again but I’ll continue to use it or pass it on to my daughter (I’m always trying to get her to use more sun protection!)
I gave up trying to convince my sister/mom/extended family the benefits of SPF. I think my mom MIGHT be on it now, but I have no idea what she’s using (she’s not big into beauty and just uses whatever I pass on to her). At least the hubby is on the SPF train!

Haul: I got my Kate Spade ‘surprise sale’ order. I got a purse (Highland Place Maria in Bougainvillea – hot pink! Who am I?! So unlike me, but I love it!!), and a wallet, (Mikas Pond Lacey in Faded Hydrangea/ lilac). I feel like Barbie with pink and purple accessories!

Reading and/or watching TV series, both, I’m reading a sewing book, not much text, just background. It has loads of patterns from the 1930s. I’m also reading Christi Goldens War Crimes, a World of Warcraft book.
TV series, yes, loads 🙂 Wayward Pines, Castle, Bones, Orphan Black, just started Sense8 (don’t know what I think, yet) and lots more.

Haul: I went to the Bare Minerals Outlet on Monday and I bought a High Shine eye color in Electric, a trio: mineral veil, tropical radiance, and escape blush, Pure Transformation Night Treatment, and four of the liquid lipsticks in Allure, Rouge, Free Will, and Moxie
Weekend plans: I went antiquing yesterday with my mom and she had grandma time with my 8 month old son, nothing else really exciting going on
Are you in the middle of reading a book/watching a TV series?: I’m ready second Game of Thrones book which isn’t as good as the first and I’m having trouble getting through it. My hubs and I are watching Season 4 of Tru Blood since they put in on Amazon Prime and I’m slowly getting through Fringe even though its also pretty unrealistic and cheesy
