For spring/summer, there were 14 new shades added to the original Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick ($32.00) range, 14 new shades to the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Matte Lipstick line, and seven new shades to the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Hi-Lustre Lipstick range. I also spotted a few shades that I hadn’t reviewed before. Some of the shades I purchased have been on backorder since early April and haven’t shipped yet, but I do have 26 new shades to share swatches of here!

Because I’ve been in a 90’s state of mind recently, I’m really into Unshakable, Peerless and Talking Truth.
And then, on the other hand, I’m also totally digging Burn It! In all its neon orange-coral glory!

Although Estée Lauder’s Pure Color Envy is one of my favorite formulas, I am very pleased that none of these shades call out to me. Well, except for Passion, but it’s not a shade I would have much occasion to wear, so I’m not tempted.

I have just been swatching a pile of my lipsticks and evaluating how they look on me without makeup. It was quite enlightening. These look lovely, and I do like this formula a lot (still own, never purged) but I’m going to resist ✊
