Dior Coral Glow (002) Nude Tan Paradise Duo Review, Photos, Swatches
Dior Coral Glow (002) Nude Tan Paradise Duo
Dior Coral Glow (002) Nude Tan Paradise Duo ($56.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a split-pan powder that features a bronzer and blush, and each of those is split as well into a lighter and darker section. It comes with a small, domed brush (like a buffer brush) as well.
Coral Glow Bronzer is a medium orange with peach and brown undertones (to keep it from being a full-on orange or tangerine) with a nearly matte finish. It had good color payoff, which was also buildable. The texture was incredibly silky and finely-milled, so it felt smooth and was easy to blend during application. Because it is lighter and has more yellow in it, I think it may work for anyone who finds peachy blushes and shades do well to camouflage or minimize redness found on their cheeks. This shade wore eight full hours on me, and after nine, there was a smidgen of fading. Giorgio Armani Summer 2013 Bronzer is darker, browner. Too Faced Bronzed & Poreless is a bit browner. Burberry Summer Glow is more shimmery and browner.
Coral Glow Blush is a warm-toned, medium pink-tinged coral with a subtle satin finish. It had fantastic color payoff–very true-to-pan but also buildable and blendable so you can adjust the intensity to your preference with ease. The texture was soft, silky, and very smooth; really, it was the kind and type of feel you expect and want out of high-end powders. The blush wore well for eight hours, and it wasn’t until after nine that I could see it starting to fade. NARS Boys Don’t Cry is several watts bolder an brighter, plus matte. Guerlain Pink Punk is a smidgen pinker. MAC Supercontinental is lighter. MAC Fleet Fast is more subdued and has a stronger sheen. Tom Ford Flush is very similar, perhaps a touch pinker. Tarte Blissful is a little pinker and brighter.

This is beautiful! I went for the Pink Glow, but after seeing your review I might order this one also…
It looks pretty on you ! I have 001 and I never thought I would buy such a duo blush ( I am not a fan of duo blushes at all ). It’s perfect and I really love it, now I need the 2012 powder in Aurora !
I’m pretty sure I need this. Like really really need this! It’s really stunning on you!
Oh this looks so pretty! I cannot wait until I receive it! Ordered it last night! Have you tried the mono eyeshadows? I’m interested in Ribbon and Tweed!
I have tried some but haven’t been that impressed.
Ok, thank you for your response!
I never seem to tire of coral/pink blush.
It’s really nice on you.
I have and love this one!! It will fly off the shelves. I have quite a few blush shades (mainly Nars, with a few Chanel and Dior) and this is quickly becoming a favorite.
I love that it comes with the brush. I may need this, or the other one, I’ll have to swatch in-store.
Hi Christine! I was admiring this blush again–don’t really want the bronzer– wondered if this was similar to MAC supercontinental? Aha..scrolled up and you’ve already compared! You’re fabulous!!
🙂 Happy to help!
The coral seems nice, but the bronzer side is way too yellow!
Hi Christine!
My Dior artist showed me another way of using this; by quadrants. the darker bronzer to contour the lighter to highlight. The darker blush on the apple of the cheek and the lighter on the upper cheekbone and the lightly dusted on the chin.
I couldn’t decide between shades so I got both! This New Dior collection is lovely.
Love Dior products, definitely worth the investment!
I love this and want it but I already have MAC Supercontinental and Tarte Blissful… I’ll be skipping this one. But I really do want it…LOL
Wow somehow you got the powders to swatch a lot darker than I could. I even dug in there with a sponge tipped applicator! I found the pigmentation to be on the softer side–which I don’t mind. I like my blushes/bronzers softer in pigmentation. Love this powder though! It’s going to get a LOT of use from me this summer!
How do yu think this will look on ME ?! Brown skin NW45 (in Mac terms)
I think it would work for you, Aryn!
Here is what I never understood…. How do you use these each separate when such a small area? Do you use little brushes?
Hi Dawn,
I had no trouble using each half of the pan with a regular blush brush – if you were trying to get each quadrant, then yeah, you’d have to use a smaller brush (probably a large eye brush).
I am so glad I got my hands on this one! It’s beautiful. Christine will you be also reviewing Pink glow?
I’m definitely picking this up when it hits the counter, it’s absolutely lovely! What do you think of the brush that’s included, Christine? 🙂
I don’t love it, but I prefer a more tapered brush to apply my blush, so that’s part of it. It’s nice for blending, and it’s not scratchy!
I MUST GET THIS!!
This is so nice!! I’m not a huge fan of duos like this, but it look great!
So beautiful! Wish I could fish that money out of my wallet and purchase! Maybe I’ll just add to a wish list, hahaha.
This is so gorgeous! I am very tempted. I was hoping Sephora would get it in during the Chic week sale, but alas. Might get it anyway!
Please help. Which of these Dior blush/bronzers duos, Pink Glow or Coral Glow is best for NC20s??? I love the Coral blush but am scared that the bronzer is too orange.
if anyone can guide me to a relatively inexpensive dupe for the coral blush I’d be extremely grateful.
Thank you in advance MU lovers!
I’d go Coral Glow 🙂
Hi Christine, this looks so pretty on you 🙂 You prefer a more tapered blush brush – like the MAC 138? What about a duo fibre brush like the MAC 188? Which one would you recommend or would you recommend a complete different brush?
The kabuki is nice but IMO useless if you want to layer the blush or for a hint of colour.
I use MAC’s 116 most often for blushes.
Hello christine…..i use bobbi brown 3.5 skin foundation and bobbi brown wild rose shimmer brick compact.I want to use this dior duo blush but i don’t know which one i should use.Pink glow or coral glow? I’m afraid the bronzer would make my skin dark cause i’ve never used bronzer before.
Maybe Coral Glow?
