ColourPop You're a Trip Super Shock Highlighter Review & Swatches
You're a Trip
ColourPop You’re a Trip Super Shock Cheek (Highlighter) ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a very light, peachy gold with strong, warm undertones and a lightly sparkly, moderately metallic sheen. It had a luminous sheen that was noticeable but didn’t emphasize my skin’s natural texture, but there was visible sparkles over the finer pearl shimmer in the finish.
The consistency was smooth, lightly emollient–almost wet to the touch–but had the signature sponge-like feel that went from cream-to-powder once it came into contact with my skin. It had nearly opaque coverage when applied with fingertips and sheerer, more buildable coverage when applied with a stippling brush (both as marketed). It wore well for 10 hours with slight sparkle migration over time.

Formula Overview
$10.00/0.15 oz. - $66.67 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "buildable" coverage and can be applied with fingertips (which will yield "higher coverage") or a brush (for sheerer coverage). It's a cream-based product that has a subtle, "wet" feel to it but never has the thickness of a true cream-based blush.
It goes on with the smoothness of a cream formulation but diffuses and blends (without lifting up one's base) more like a powder product. The product sets to a powder finish, so the product won't slide around during the day.
On me, the wear tends to be between eight and 10 hours. Most shades have medium, buildable pigmentation with some being semi-opaque to opaque on occasion. They are typically blendable, easy to use, and long-wearing.

What a beautifully shiny highlighter!
The Dupe List has yet again come to my rescue and saved me a few coinz, though. Because MAC Double Gleam, UD Now’s The Time and Sin are all already here.
That shade would really suit warm toned, very fair complexions. It look liked it melted into your skin. Very pretty.
