ColourPop You Idiots! You Fools! You Imbeciles! Super Shock Cheek (Highlighter) ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a pale beige with a subtle, warm pink-to-peach shifting pearl and flecks of larger, silver micro-glitter. The texture was smooth, emollient without being too wet to the touch, and blendable over bare skin as well as over base products (without lifting them). It had buildable pigmentation from semi-sheer to opaque, depending on application method–fingertips yielded more opaque coverage more readily. It stayed on well for 10 hours before fading slightly, but there were a few wandering sparkles after eight hours of wear.

Formula Overview

$10.00/0.15 oz. - $66.67 Per Ounce

The formula is supposed to have "buildable" coverage and can be applied with fingertips (which will yield "higher coverage") or a brush (for sheerer coverage). It's a cream-based product that has a subtle, "wet" feel to it but never has the thickness of a true cream-based blush.

It goes on with the smoothness of a cream formulation but diffuses and blends (without lifting up one's base) more like a powder product. The product sets to a powder finish, so the product won't slide around during the day.

On me, the wear tends to be between eight and 10 hours. Most shades have medium, buildable pigmentation with some being semi-opaque to opaque on occasion. They are typically blendable, easy to use, and long-wearing.

I almost want this just for the shade name…too funny! But Cruella is my least favorite Disney villain of all…hurting puppies is just way beyond evil. And this isn’t a product that I need, so easy pass!

Didn’t maleficent say this and not Cruella? How are you feeling overall about this collection? everything seems good quality but I was so excited when MAC did the villains and ELF did one for the ppl who missed most of MAC-but now i’m like i’ve seen it and not very enthused.

I’m loving the super icy glow on this! Normally I steer clear of pale highlighters, but I love this one as well as champagne one, Mistress Of All Evil. Admittedly, I despise Cruella and all that she stands for, but they sure did give her some absolutely BOMB product shades!
