ColourPop Teasecake Super Shock Cheek Review, Photos, Swatches
Teasecake
ColourPop Teasecake Super Shock Cheek ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a soft, light-medium peach with warm, pink-to-gold shifting pearl. It had a subtle sheen to its finish, and I could see this working well on a myriad of skin tones as a subtle highlighter and on very fair skin as a subtle, everyday blush with a little oomph. The consistency was smooth to the touch with a little give, but it was dense and thin, which made it have a very smooth appearance on the skin. I found that it was a bit more prone to lifting my foundation if I wasn’t careful compared to other Super Shock Cheek shades (but really, just barely noticeable). It had medium, buildable pigmentation that wore well for nine and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
$10.00/0.15 oz. - $66.67 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "buildable" coverage and can be applied with fingertips (which will yield "higher coverage") or a brush (for sheerer coverage). It's a cream-based product that has a subtle, "wet" feel to it but never has the thickness of a true cream-based blush.
It goes on with the smoothness of a cream formulation but diffuses and blends (without lifting up one's base) more like a powder product. The product sets to a powder finish, so the product won't slide around during the day.
On me, the wear tends to be between eight and 10 hours. Most shades have medium, buildable pigmentation with some being semi-opaque to opaque on occasion. They are typically blendable, easy to use, and long-wearing.

If your pale skin this shade is more of a blush. 😉 Still, it was a really pretty formula that was dry enough over foundations that I could use it without lifting my base products.
Bought this one in my most recent CP order, received it Monday, wore it Tuesday. And I absolutely LOVE it! This is the perfect subtle pinky-peachy highlight for my medium olive complexion. But, next wearing, I probably won’t pair it with a purple blush like I did Tuesday!
Pretty! Reminds me of Too Faced’s Candy Glow blush, but a bit warmer.
That’s a really gorgeous shade, so versatile and pretty. Another excellent product from Colour Pop.
This is so pretty! I love the color and the shift.
I LOVE the look of this! It has such a beautiful sheen!
This is a nice highlighting blush for pale people!
