That palette looks like an excellent workhorse palette, but not all that exciting. But the quality seems to be there. The SSS’s look amazing and brilliantly shiny, though!
Are they up against an end-of-year deadline or something? I feel like they’re making palettes of random “meh” shades to get rid of them.
Those darker glosses look enchanting! Do you think there are any differences between the “Fresh Kiss Lip Lacquer” formula and the “Glossy Lip Stain” one, or are they quite similar?
This is the same palette Colourpop keeps doing over and over…and over. I don’t really understand how many times they can put out this same boring palette with a bunch of light neutrals, a gold. and a few browns but apparently there is a big market because they keep doing it.
Another warm toned palette from CP – who would have thought? Although there is a lovely olive shade in there to distinguish it from all there other palettes.
The super shock duos are perhaps the real heros of this collection as they are ususally of excellent quality and the swatches do look pretty good.
I think I’ve seen quite enough white gold eyeshadows from ColourPop. The Jazz duo is a bit interesting, though…
I likely have dupes of all the shadows several times over, but if I didn’t I would find this very tempting. Quality seems pretty good save for some patchiness in the darker glosses and I’m not wild about the sparkle finish on Charleston. Overall, it seems like a nicely themed, cohesive collection. I’m might pick up a couple of the glosses and am tempted by the Oh That Jazz duo and In the Groove.
I’m super boring, I guess, but I love this entire collection.

what’s been going on with colourpop team nowadays? do they really have weekly-fortnightly deadlines or sth? some colour stories in some of the launches are great, but too frequent too many. i’m kinda turned off, not that excited anymore.

I love Art Deco, so having an eyeshadow called Deco Days is something I find quite alluring. However, I have sooooo many warm toned eyeshadows that I can’t buy one because I like a name, I do like Fancy That as well, but as I said, I will have dupes.
Oh, That Jazz is a pretty duo, but nothing unique.
Much as I like the things I’ve bought from CP this year I find their weekly, or is it even more often, releases tiering.
