The powder highlighter is supposed to have a "high-shine" finish with "high colour intensity." In general, ColourPop's pressed highlighter powders have a smooth, moderately dense texture that was soft enough to be picked up easily by a brush but not kick up any powder in the pan. The formula was semi-opaque to opaque but easily sheered out for less shine and coverage if desired. There were a few shades within the range that emphasized my skin's natural texture slightly but most did not. The wear ranged from seven and a half hours to nine hours.

ColourPop/their graphic designer[s] missed an opportunity to have Artemis and Luna facing each other on the packaging of their respective highlighters!
Looks like they couldn’t make up their mind between making an icy highlighter or a super pale, somewhat shimmery blush topper. As a result, I don’t believe that this would look good on many people.
This might actually be too light for me, LOL. I can’t imagine what it would look like on me. It would be close to my own skin tone with a slightly warmer base. I don’t know how that would translate on my paper white skin. If it wasn’t quite so glittery I would think I could use it as a finishing powder to brighten my complexion.
A very subtle blush that could have been the opportunity to have cooler undertones instead of warmer ones for very cool toned fair complexions. A very pretty shade.
Hm…I wonder if this would work well to set their aurora lite Stix (the one with a purple-y duochrome). I don’t wear highlighter often so it’s not a must for me either way, but I’m oily enough that sometimes it doesn’t last very long on me.
