Coloured Raine Stiletto Rose Cream Blush Review & Swatches
Stiletto Rose
Coloured Raine Stiletto Rose Botanical Cream Blush ($12.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a darker, pinky-plum with warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The texture was emollient but much thinner, more gel-like and spreadable compared to the original launch of cream blushes (which I tested in tandem with these).
It felt wetter to the touch but did not displace, so it was a lot easier to work with and could be used with fingertips or a brush interchangeably. It had semi-opaque, buildable color coverage that dried down to a mostly matte finish after about 30 seconds. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

The formula didn't have a lot of claims, only that it is supposed to be a "silky cream" texture that "helps moisturize the skin" with "the right amount of color." The texture was incredibly creamy; it felt like it was half-melted from the sun, because any pressure caused the product to displace quite a bit.
I'd highly recommend using a fluffy, synthetic brush and a feathery hand to pick up product, which was enough pressure to pick up more than enough product as they were intensely pigmented.
Worth noting: after the initial release of four shades, the brand released two additional shades in a smaller format, and they were significantly less creamy, thick, and had a thinner, lightly emollient texture that took longer to dry down and were not quite as pigmented (but still quite pigmented overall--I just didn't have to use the gentlest touch to grab product like the original shades).
Despite being one of the creamiest formulas I've come across in the cream blush realm, it had a full dry down to a more "natural" matte finish--not totally flat but not dewy at all. The blushes applied fairly well to bare skin and on top of foundation, but I found fingertips were more prone to lifting up base products with this formula.
They wore around eight hours on me before fading visibly.

I love that it does dry down, yet still looks dewy. And this particular shade is definitely my jam! It has that “fresh in from the cold” tone to it that always looks great during cooler weather or with the right look.
Really lovely and a very nice price too!
I brought Colored Raine’s purple cream blush. I like the formula but the shade of purple is a challenge for me to wear with my yellow undertones so I add a warmer purple blush on top and it lasts all day. Will probably pick up some other shades. This rose colored one is pretty!
