The Details

The palette was inspired by the exaggerative makeup of the 1920s Jazz era. A time where women took bold risk with makeup and made a statement every time they had a night out on the town! Curated for the expressive and modern soul, we hope that this pallet brings a little sass in your everyday life and that you experience the confidence a little shimmer can bring.

This is really pretty, but half the shades are similar to so many I have in warm palettes, that I’ll probably skip it. I think it’s nice they mixed in some cooler shades. The silver looks gorgeous!

I agree Rachel!! It’s a pass for me too although very pretty palette. I have so many palettes i haven’t even touched from the holiday sales.

Ditto on the promo picture, almost entices me to purchase the palette, but as mentioned, no really unique colors. That said, if Christine rates it an “A”, I’ll think twice.

The model for this campaign is breathtakingly beautiful. Her skin is perfect. I love everything about the campaign. In the past Coloured Raine has produced some of my favorite shadows. I haven’t purchased anything in awhile. I don’t think I know enough about the 1920’s jazz era because these shades don’t scream that to me. These shades don’t wow me so I will wait for something that I truly love from the brand.

For some reason, I was immediately reminded of either a KVD or UD palette looking at this! It is a stunner, though. And has a lovely balance between cool and warm tones that makes it quite versatile.

I wonder how the length of this palette compares to Kat Von D’s Metal Matte, ha. The promo image would be even more beautiful if it weren’t so airbrushed!

I wish I could get the palette from Icing/Nightengale to Luminous Bling, then I might grab it. I just won’t get enough use out of the other half to justify the price point!

Pretty but missing a dark brown ,dark gray or black color. Why did they put 3 cream colored shades in this palette. I don’t get why companies put several repeat colors in eye shadow palettes! And everybody seems to be over doing red shadows imo. The model looks pretty and so do the swatches.

I’m really torn on wanting this palette and not wanting it. It’s gorgeous, but not super unique. If it’s limited edition, I will be skipping, if it isn’t I’ll probably grab it sometime in 2018.

As much as I wanted Queen of Hearts, this much I don’t want Cheers palette. It reminds me of a standard Urban Decay concoction, maybe better in quality, but not unique, therefore it’s a pass. Nice try though.

I have some their mini palettes and a few singles that I love. But I just don’t understand the company that some girl just leave a polite comment said she was not impressed by this palette under their instagram account, and got blocked immediately. Excuse me??
