Charlotte Tilbury Pinkgasm Hollywood Beauty Light Wand Review & Swatches
Pinkgasm
Charlotte Tilbury Pinkgasm Hollywood Beauty Light Wand ($38.00 for 0.4 oz.) is a medium-dark, rosy coral with warm undertones and fine, gold and pink pearl. It had semi-sheer, buildable coverage (to about semi-opaque) that applied evenly to bare skin and played well with base products as it did not lift them up or create patchiness. The consistency was lightweight, thin, and emollient with a bit of slip, which I find seems to encourage these liquid/cream products go apply better over various products. It dried down fast enough not to feel like I was waiting for it but gave me enough time to diffuse and blend out the product on my skin. The finish was dewy but the product didn’t feel tacky. It wore well for nine hours well with minimal fading.
The included, sponge-tip applicator works well for application, though I prefer fingertips as I’m not a huge fan of this style of applicator in general (just looks gross after awhile!).

Formula Overview
$38.00/0.4 oz. - $95.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to add a "kiss of color" with a "soft focus beauty glow." I found the liquid highlighter easy to spread across my skin and blend out along the edges with the included applicator as well as with my fingertips. The formula dried down quickly and didn’t remain wet, but there was enough time to apply and blend. The coverage ranged from sheer to semi-sheer, buildable coverage.
It had a lightweight, thin consistency that was more gel-like, which was particularly easy to work with over base products (and still worked well over bare skin!) as it did not lift up product nor did it create patchiness. They wore between eight and nine hours on me before fading visibly.

Yay! It got good reviews from you too. I’m actually going to pick this one up… or the peach. I am not sure which one I’d use more often.
From the first swatches I saw of these both from your sneak peek and YT, as well, I knew that I had fallen for this particular shade! It has that just right glow to it that doesn’t look OTT, and the shade has a lovely balance of coral and pink. Obviously, I’m over the moon for it!
Beautiful! Do you think this is pale enough for someone very fair / porcelain?
I don’t see why not!
Love it but why does CT have the worst packaging ever? The giant doe foot in the Hollywood Flawless whatever and the light wands and cream contour are terrible. I don’t see a way to ever get all of the Flawless Filter out. At least the squeeze
tubes can be cut open. And don’t even get me started on the concealer. I love that stuff but those sponge tip applicators can’t be sanitary. Yuck, and I feel like I can never dispense the right amount and I always waste a ton. You’d think someone who spends a lot of time doing other people’s makeup would want something easier even just for her own use. I just can’t believe she’s keep releasing more stuff with the packaging. That said, I can’t wait to buy the pink light wand thingy ???
This is a beautiful shade of pink and is a sterling product for the price. I like the way it has a subtle finish on the skin too. Very nice.
It’s really pretty…but…and I know everyone has said this already…the color name is just really unoriginal and stupid.
Yep. It sounds like a drugstore knockoff of NARS, not a luxury product.
You can’t to wrong with CT beauty wands. I like to lightly dab a little product on and use a WG 10 brush to polish it into my cheek area. Gorgeous!
I love this colour on you, suits you very well! I picked up the Lightgasm palette and I am really happy with it, even though I am fair, it is still very subtle on my skin tone. That’s why I am in doubt to buy the Lovegasm as well.. Waiting for your review though, always trust on your opinion!
This is a pretty one too, I can see this working well with surratt la vie en rose.
Sounds like it was a joy to test; and attractive to boot!
I’ve never tried anything from Charlotte Tilbury. This is will be going on my wishlist!
