Charlotte Tilbury Amazing Grace, Lost Cherry, Sexy Sienna Matte Revolution Lipsticks Reviews, Photos, Swatches
Gracefully Pink (was Amazing Grace)
Charlotte Tilbury Gracefully Pink Matte Revolution Lipstick ($32.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a medium-dark, pink-coral with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had mostly opaque color payoff with a lightly velvety consistency that didn’t drag on lips, but it had a thinner feel and clung a bit. This shade lasted for five hours, was lightly drying over time, and there was slight settling in lip lines after three hours of wear.

Formula Overview
$37.00/0.12 oz. - $308.33 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "long-lasting color" that's "buildable" with "glowing pigments" that give the "illusion of wider, fuller lips." Some shades are buildable while others are fairly pigmented in one stroke. The consistency was more velvety, lightweight, and thin without being clingy or drying over time. I found that some shades were flattering on, as they didn't emphasize lip texture or get into my lip lines, while other shades gravitated into my lip lines. They wore between three and five hours and were typically non-drying. There was no discernible scent or taste.

Lost Cherry
Charlotte Tilbury Lost Cherry Matte Revolution Lipstick ($32.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a medium, pink-coral with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. This may be the closest one gets to a “cool” coral, even though is still warm-toned (kind of like a “warmer” blue). It had mostly opaque color coverage with a smooth, velvety texture that glided across lips easily. The color lasted for five hours, wore well, and was neither drying nor hydrating over time.

Sexy Sienna
Charlotte Tilbury Sexy Sienna Matte Revolution Lipstick ($32.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a muted, light-medium peach-coral with warm undertones and a mostly matte finish–there are teeny, tiny shimmers in it to my eye. It had full color payoff with a soft, velvety feel that was comfortable to wear while being lightweight. It wore well for four hours, and it was neither drying nor hydrating.

These did better than I expected. That’s good as I love some pretty lipsticks! But, to me these need look not as opaque as I would prefer. Christine, is it possible to add opaqueness with an additional layer or would that require a liner? Either way, I doubt I’m going to be getting any of these until after the Holiday madness.
I think you’d need a liner!
Ok,thanks!
I wasn’t too impressed with the initial swatches, but they look a lot prettier on you. It looks like a soft matte, and the colors are soft and pretty, very flattering
Soft matte, great way to describe these!
Oooooh I love Sexy Sienna. I think the matte finish is perfect for that color!
Yayyy!
I own all three (bought them when they had a limited release in the US a while ago). I have to disagree with the rating on Amazing Grace though. It was actually my bridal lippie and wore exceptionally well (only needed touch-up once the entire night). I can’t wait to read your reviews on the other colors though!
You’re so lucky!
These are so soft and pretty.
The color range is nice!
These are all SO pretty! Lost Cherry is probably my favorite though.
Glad ya liked ’em!
These 3 look pretty decent. However, I do believe I have some truly nice dupes! MAC La Vie En Rouge for the first two shades definitely. Possibly UD Liar ( or MAC Marque? ) for Sexy Sienna. Strangely, both of those look more like a “healthy” nude on me instead of pinky-peach or coral though.
I prefer MAC/UD’s matte formula, but I like a smoother formula, I think!
I love all 3 colors but I’m not really a fan of the finish. They look a bit dry and clingy, not quite smooth enough for my liking.
They have that clingy feel for sure!
Have these, and love them! I grabbed Sexy Sienna and Lost Cherry. I don’t think they’re as matte as other brands but perhaps that’s for the better because they don’t dry out my lips as much as others do!
Happy to hear you’re enjoying yours, Amanda!
I also think it’s funny how different Amazing Grace looks on us! On my profile pic I’m wearing Amazing Grace with really not much else in the way of makeup. It pulls so much darker and more blue on me.
Crazy!
I have Love liberty and Amazing Grace and these are the worst lipsticks I have tried :/ I have never disliked a lipstick as much as these! I don’t have dry or sensitive lips, I always wear mattes and my lips don’t dry out from them and I don’t have chapped lips but with this lipstick after only 2 hours my lips felt crusty, the lipstick sattled in my lip lines and rest faded buy it stained my lips so lip lines were dark and rest was light . They lasted me 5-6 hours after the moisture faded after 2 hours and they transfer like crazy and wipe of easily. Honestly I wouldn’t call this matte at all and for the money Maybelline does a waaaay better job! Sorry to be a negative Nancy but I have never had such a bad experience 🙁
Oh no! So sorry to hear you had such bad luck with them, Tea!
Lost Cherry is great!
The color is pretty!
How similar are Charlotte Tilbury Amazing Grace and Burberry Pink Amber (306) Lip Velvet? Thank you for your time.
