Chanel Zephyr (377) Levres Scintillantes Glossimer ($29.50 for 0.19 fl. oz.) is described as a “beige with shimmer.” It’s a warm, orange-peach with peach and gold shimmer. MAC Summer Sweetneart is very similar in color but has no shimmer. MAC Pure Flattery is warmer. MAC Kiss Me Softly is similar. MAC Poetic License is warmer.

It’s one of the creamier-finished glosses within the range, so it doesn’t have as much sparkle as the sparkliest Glossimer and has a milkier finish on the lips. Because of the milky quality of the color, it does settle into lip lines somewhat. The high-gloss finished paired with the shimmer does help distract the eye from the settling so it is not as noticeable. I wish Zephyr applied more evenly, as it constantly would show “lines” if I pressed my lips together.  It lasted four hours, which was good and around average, and it was lightly hydrating while worn.  The consistency wasn’t too thick or too thin, felt comfortable when applied, and wasn’t sticky.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I didn´t swatch this gloss but I did swatch the raspberry one and it came out as clear with no shimmer, I see this is clear with shimme nothing worth buying at least to me. I ended up leaving with pink teaser glossimer, a limited edition from a very past collection that for some reason that counter still had. Then again another counter in my city has Chanel Peridot, so I guess it´s not as weird after all. On topic, I was dissapointed by the glosses of this collection and the only product I might pick up is Rouge Coco Pygmalion.
