Lovely embossing, but this may be a more subtle glow than I may like. I’ll wait for your swatches in the event that you purchase it.
Got it the day it launched in Japan. Gorgeous. Every couple of years Chanel creates an exceptional highlighter/ luminous powder, and this is one of those. You can apply one sheer layer for ‘glowing from within’ to several for a glossy skin effect. Doesn’t emphasize texture, lines, dryness. Makes one look like you’ve had the obligatory 8 glasses of water, 8-10 hours sleep and exercised daily for one month. If I can , I’m going to get a back up. I don’t buy many highlighters as they take too long to get through, but this one is special.

The base is mainly transparent and pretty much neutral . Because of this I think it will suit light to dark, warm to cool skin tones. If you enjoy the look of glossy glass skin, I think you will like it. It’s not an obvious highlighted brassy stripe, not that’s there is anything wrong with that. It’s more, ” your skin is beautiful and glowing, what have you been doing to it??!”. There are a few reviews that have been posted and Instagram looks on it already if you want to check it out. I understand if ppl balk at the price.
this is how i feel. i’d love to think i have a dupe already (my melt and nabla are also transparent bases) but in case i don’t, i do think the formula is stunning! if i knew or an alternative for less i’d consider too as the embossing for me isn’t a consideration (tho stunning.)
Very pretty, as most things from Chanel are, but I imagine it will be quite “dupe-able” for most who have a large collection of powders and highlighters. Awfully pricey, but “it’s Chanel”.
I love the look, I always tend to like the embossing on Chanel LE’s. However I’m not going to buy it, by now I know that the highlighters that suit me are more silvery-white.
This one looks like it’ll be very pretty and I’m sure it’ll sell out quickly.
It’s beautiful, but first impression : I wonder how close this might be to Mother Pat’s Lunar Nude.. This is definitely my favoured range for h/l.
